increases with the addition of a new reactor: the used
Ekato SRT 50 reactor.
This reactor with mixer functions is primarily intended for
Pilot Plants or the production of small batches. Its Unimix's
SRT plant mixers have been created for the development of products belonging to the
cosmetics and pharmaceutical industry.
With a capacity of 50-liter storage, follows the GMP regulation incorporating a fixed
or mobile system and elements for pressurization and vacuum.
It also has a heating and cooling system in addition to a temperature control system
- useful for both heating and cooling.
Installation is very simple since it has an electrical and water outlet. At the lowest point
of the tank, a homogenizer regulates external and internal homogenisations.
Finally, its opening system is based on a lid and has an integrated CIP cleaning
system.
