The CBA showed, given the current socio economic framework a limited benefit in
introducing new heavy infrastructure
LIMITED FINANCIAL RESOURCES
The current economical framework does not allow to access major financial
resources
Therefore the main actions for the next decade will focus on.
• Enhance the entire surface transport network system through an
incremental strategy of local interventions
• Enhance accessibility level of the stations and transport hubs together
with the improvement of the quality and comfort of the service
