Campus and EAN University plus the application of Planning Guide
• The agenda of sessions and protocol is fully complete with
the 100% of punctuality and quality
• Is important that the onsite registration system to have a automatic check-in strategy
• Microsoft Community & Influencer Team must consider in increase the threshold
sponsorship for lunch of attendees in next events, specially in LATAM countries by the
high demand
• Gaming Racing Lab – workshop was executed successfully, but was exist the lack of a
computer with large display for attendants that was desire test the game in the lobby.
• For the delivery of Global and local prizes must be easy for the winners and in the
possible the delivery must be immediately.
• Need more support of Microsoft local subsidiary for promotional giveways of Microsoft
Azure brand for next events.
• Early confirmation of resources (speakers, connectivity, video projection, video and/or
music track for pre-stage of each session, sponsors) prior to the event.
• More commitment of the organizers and speakers in the promotion of the event in the
previous stages, execution and later of the event.
