43. FEEDBACK OF THE EVENT
• The success of the event is thank you experience of events produced by
CloudFirst Campus and Universidad EAN (ONTARE – CLOIT) plus the
application of Global Azure Bootcamp Planning Guide
• The agenda and protocol is fully complete with
the 96% of punctuality and quality
• 53% of checked attendees over the total registration
• As suggestion is important that the registration system to have a
automatic check-in strategy for onsite registration
• Microsoft DX Global must consider in increase the threshold sponsorship
for lunch of attendees in next events, specially in LATAM countries by the
high demand
• Science Lab – lack of execution by include in the agenda al least a
breakout session
• Gaming Racing Lab – lack of execution by fault of logistic and
configuration in the laptop with external display assigned
• Is important more tracking of Microsoft DX local subsidiaries for the pre-
event stage
• For the delivery of Global Sponsors prizes
must be more easy for the winners
• Is important create a photo book of organizers, speakers, VIP and
volunteers for next events for publishing in welcome session, closing
sessions and executive briefs.
