5. LLC Move-In/Orientation
• LLC Move In: One Day ONLY—Thursday, 8/21
• Move-In Volunteers Will Be Available
• LLC Orientation Kick-Off—Thursday, 8/21 @ 5PM
• LLC RAs will spend time with their communities on
Thursday night
• May have some responsibilities on Friday/Saturday
– Minimal & TBA/TBD

6. LLC RA Training
• All LLC RAs will attend session on Thursday!
– Be prepared with answers to these questions:
• What makes an LLC different from other
floors/communities?
• What are your hopes for your community this year?
• What do you expect the challenges in particular to be?
• Further LLC Training Next Week
– Topics: Community Agreements/Covenants, Service
Hour Tracking, and more!

8. A Word About the Clusters
• Clusters = TG Grant = FIRE Weekend = ???
• Natural Sciences Majors
• FIRE Weekend begins this Friday
– Exploratory science activities on Saturday/Sunday
– Most will stick around for the following week; no
activities really planned
• All freshman residence halls
• Anywhere between 40 and 70 participants…
