1. Finance
Which source of funding will be most likely for your production and why?
For our production we will be self financed as we will be going mall of the work our self, instead
of going onto a website such as kickstarter which is an american based company to help creative
projects, or going out and being hired by someone else. We will be making the product and we
will be providing all the money needed to make it.
Advantages
The advantages of this would be that we wouldn’t need to reply on anyone else to hep create
the product we will be able to make it how we want to and we will be able to make it with the
budget we have instead of going over the top. Another advantage would be if we were to
borrow money from somewhere else, we wouldn't have anything pay back and it always be on
our minds that we are in debt with someone else, we can fully control all the money we use.
Disadvantages
The disadvantages of this would be that if we don’t have a very large budget we wont be able to
create the exact product we are wanting to achieve. Another disadvantage would be we may
need some help with coming up with a designs and if we’re completely on our own we might
find that difficult.

2. Time
What is contingency time and how might this be beneficial to your project?
Contingency time is when you have some extra time at the end of our schedule in case you
run overtime. This is useful to have with any project you do, and with ours we have a deadline
so it is important we get it done in time for our course. Having extra time helps when you are
working with print, as printers are not always reliable and you may need more time than you
plan to print all your work off, if everyone else on your course is printing at the same time.

How could you find people to be in your production team?
For the production we are not going to find new person to help us out, we are just going to use
the three people that we have in our team as in our team we have people who are experienced
in different areas, such as photography or photoshop. If we wanted to try get more people to
help us we could put out an advert, advertising the job available We could do this but putting
the advert in the York press, the guardian or the media job website.

What method could you employ to identify locations needed for your production
(production/ post production facilities) and how could this be useful?
To help you decide the suitability of what could be your location you cold create a recce which
help you make the decision whether that specific location should be used of not. With a recce it
is helpful to find out :
How long does it take to travel to?
Do you need permission to use it?
Does it look appropriate for what you need?
Is it safe to use?
Does it cost any money to get to/use?
When you choose your location you need to think about if there are any risks or limitations
involved and if there is what can you do about it.
