Qualifications:
1. A Doctor's Degree with deep knowledge in one of the fields including computer science,
electronic information, information security or micro-electronics overseas is required.
2. After recruited, accumulated working time in Beijing should be at least 6 month.
3. Excel at one of the listed area below: IC Design (ultra high frequency wireless Integrated
Circuits design or IC Design relating to The Internet of things or IC Design relating to Financial
payment),Cloud computing and Cloud storage Satellite application （ navigation ） , tracking and
command.
Must have one of the qualifications listed below:
a. Researcher, scholar, or professor working for world-renowned university, laboratory or
institution
b. Senior position (CTO, VP, Technical Director) in famous international enterprise with great
managing experience or researching experience.
c. Project leader, acquiring Independent intellectual property or self-owned core technology,
which having tremendous potential of economic returns
d. Preside over large international research projects, great experienced expert 、 scholar or
researcher

2. 5. Individual recommendation is acceptable, team recommendation is appreciated.
Salary and Welfare
1. Salary : No less than the income of the same level at the same position of the settling
country with reference to previous job before returning to china. The final salary should be
discussed between candidates and the company;
2． Accommodation: an apartment with three bedrooms and a large living-room provided by the
company
3. Working place 、 research facility and development fund: Company would provide laboratory
and scientific equipment or the relevant hardware platforms supporting candidates for their own
management. Specifics should be discussed between the candidates and the company.
4. Arrangements of family: Job and education are provided by the company for candidates’
spouse and children.
