exhibitourfilm.Thisisasthisinstitutionprovidesdevelopmentaswell asproductionfinance and
helptodistribute supporttothe final commissionedfilms.
Microwave institutions tendtoprovide abudgetof £100,000 poundstofundeverythingwhichthe
filmneeds.The waythisworksis twelve teamsare shortlistedforthe scheme,andreceive intensive
trainingat FilmLondon'sMicro school alongwithmentorship anddevelopmentfunding.Fromthis
shortlist,six projectsare selectedtogoon to a secondphase of developmentwithfurtherfunding.
Finally,twofeaturesare commissionedandreceive additionaldevelopment,aswell asproduction
fundingof £100,000 and distributionfundingforfinishedfilms.Microschool,helpsthe shortlisted
filmmakingteamstohone theirscripts,storiesandskills.The five-daytraining'bootcamp'offersan
intensiveseriesof workshops,seminars,screeningsandscriptsurgeriesthatcoverall aspectsof
production,fromdevelopmenttosalesanddistribution.Ibelieve thiswouldbe the perfect
