1. Pallipalayam kozhi
Ingredients
500 gmschicken boneless
250 gmsShallots
25 gms Garlic
20 ml CoconutOil
15 gms dry Red chillies
5 gms Turmeric powder
5 sprigsCurry leaves
Salt to taste
3 sprigscoriander leaves, chopped
50 gms split cashewnuts
20 gms sliced coconutbits
Method
Grind shallots and garlic in a blender until coarse paste.
Heat Oil in a pan. Add in the chopped dried red chillies and add it to the pan.
Add in the ground shallotgarlic paste and fry for a minute.
Add in the chicken, curry leaves, turmeric and salt.
Keep the flame on low and keep frying the chicken until done.
Garnish with fresh curry leaves, fried coconutbits and split cashew nuts,
coriander leaves.
