1. Tomato Curry
Ingredients
500 gms Onions sliced
500 gms Sliced Tomato
50 gms refined oil
5 gms Red chilli Powder
Salt to taste
5 gms Garlic chopped or paste
5 gms Ginger chopped or paste
2 nos Bay leaves optional
5 gms Cinnamon
5 gms Green Cardamom
5 gms Cloves
5 gms Cumin
3 gms Mustard Seeds
A Sprig Curry Leaf
250 ml Coconut Milk
Procedure
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds allow it to crackle add curry leaves,
chopped ginger, garlic ,roughly sliced onions and saute.
Add sliced tomatoes , cinnamon , green cardamom and cloves ..
Mix and let it cook covered till the tomatoes are soft.
