A variety of service specialists—combined with an extensive investment in infrastructure (Customer Support Center, Service Management Portal, contract management software and systems)—offer capabilities to VARs which are unparalleled in the ECM industry. Cranel’s two remaining divisions are Adexis and ISOdx. Adexis is a computing storage and infrastructure specialist with a focus on Data Protection Optimization to better maintain and contain data growth in a corporate IT environment. ISOdx (which stands for “Isolate Change”), is the developer of Rapid Resolve, a unique change isolation software designed to improve software and IT support staff effectiveness through a data collection and data comparison approach not seen before in the industry.
