Reports must be submitted for faculty on 9-month appointments for each academic term/semester and must be submitted to the Controller's Office and copied to ORSP by the last working day of the semester/term. 2. Reports are to be completed monthly for all faculty and staff with 12-month appointments and should be submitted by the last working day of each month to the Controller and copied to ORSP by the 30th or last working day of each month. 3. Failure to submit Time and Effort Reports timely may result in delays in payroll processing. *Other Dillard University Functions = All other faculty responsibilities to Dillard ( i.e. Administrative time, teaching, mentoring)
