North West Hospice
Will hold a Public Information Evening on Wednesday October 8th
2014 at 7.30pm in The Model Arts Centre, The Mall, Sligo. The
Information Evening, which is open to everyone to attend, aims to
raise awareness about the work of North West Hospice, give you the chance to learn
about your local hospice and how you can get involved as well as hearing first-hand

The Miscarriage Association
Of Ireland invites anyone who has been affected by miscarriage to attend a meeting in
St. Michael’s Family Life Centre, Church Hill, Sligo on Thursday 16th October 2014,
at 7.30pm. This meeting will give an opportunity to all those affected by miscarriage
to talk about and share their experience. A number of committee members of the
Association will be on hand to answer questions and offer support. Admission to this
meeting is free and everyone is welcome.

Presents its annual Fashion Show where the men and women who have had a cancer

Tobernalt Holy Well
The various shrines at the Holy Well invite us to reflect on our faith and
to spend time in silent prayer. Please remember that the Holy Well
history book is available at the Church Bookstand.
Bereaved
Please remember in your prayers Maura Gilmartin, Aughamore whose funeral took
place on Friday. We remember Maura and pray for the bereaved family members.
Community Centre - Availability
Due to a cancelation Wednesday Evening is now available from 7:00pm in the main
hall. Also, some mornings and afternoons are available. Please contact the Parish

Holy Hour - Marriage & Family
A time of prayer and reflection for the family with Adoration
continues every Tuesday evening beginning at 7:00pm. This time is
guided in prayer before the Blessed Sacrament. Please come along. Also, First
Friday Adoration this week beginning at 6:00pm
