My Life Changed My Best Friend
My life has changed a lot ever since I met my best friend. She made me who I am today. The first time I met her, I never would've guessed we were
going to be best friends. I met her two years ago. My family had just moved into our new house, out in Twin lake. A few days after we moved in, I
was outside and this girl came walking down the road with a bunch of little kids. She stopped and talked to me for a minute. She introduced herself
and told me a couple of things about her. Her name was Ariel and she lived down the road. She asked me how old I was, which I was thirteen years
old at the time. After she asked me my age, she told me she'd be right back and went into the house next to mine. She came back out, but with a girl.

Of course, I made more friends around the neighborhood (mostly people that Kailynn was friends with), so we hung out with them a lot. That next
fall, we went to the same school. We didn't have any classes together, but we still saw each other a lot more than we did when I first moved next
door to her. Some of the people we hung out with over the summer became good friends of mine, and others became strangers. I talked to a couple of
them everyday, and the others I didn't talk to at all. No matter what, Kailynn stuck by my side. We became thosebest friends that call each other's
parents our parents and walk into each other's house as if we lived there. We were inseparable. Last January, things were starting to get bad at my
house. I was always at Kailynn's house because I couldn't even stand to be in mine. My mom and step dad got divorced, so we had to move out. I
wasn't only ten seconds away from Kailynn anymore. We moved to downtown Whitehall. It wasn't that far from her house, but it wasn't close. She
still came over when ever she could. Eventually, we ended up moving to Oakridge, which is a half an hour away from her house. Even when we
didn't get to see each other, she was still there for me whenever I needed her. Even though I've known Kailynn for two years, she has made a huge
impact on my life. I wouldn't be who I am today if I didn't know her. She taught me that it's okay to be who I am and not to care

I have two best friends, Jimmy and Greg, and they have been my best friends since middle school. We met the first day of middle school during recess.
All three of us loved hanging out with each other than, and continue hanging out every day now. Although, Jimmy and Greg do not normally hang out
without me. My best friends, Jimmy and Greg, are total opposites of each other. Personality wise Jimmy is very outgoing, meanwhile, Greg is
antisocial. Furthermore, my friend Jimmy goes to college unlike Greg who works two full–time jobs. Lastly, Greg's hobby includes car racing while
Jimmy's hobby includes collecting sneakers. My best friends, Jimmy and Greg have completely opposite personalities. Jimmy is super outgoing
and loves meeting new people. Whenever Jimmy is out at the mall or at school he is always making new friends. In addition, Jimmy loves
suggesting new places for us to visit when we hang out. On time Jimmy made us go to a house party in Brooklyn. Greg and I spent the entire party
joined at the hip. Meanwhile, Jimmy was walking around chatting with strangers and making loads of new friends. By the end of the night Jimmy
had conversed with every person at the party, and Greg and I were still in our corner. However, Greg is extremely antisocial and would rather stay
home playing video games. When Jimmy and I first met Greg, he would not talk very much. Whenever Greg had any free time we could always find
him at home, locked up in his room, playing

I was always scared. My heart would pound and I never prepared for the worse, yet it always came to that. I was only a little girl, and I didn't
deserve this at all, but I still let her walk all over me. Everytime she said or did something that hurt me, I tried even harder to impress her with
different and exciting ways, instead of standing up for myself. This was my life around my best friend, until recently. I'm getting ahead of myself, so
let me rewind a little bit. Around age three I met this amazing girl. She was someone who I instantly became best friends with. Someone who I didn't
have to try around because we didn't judge each other. Let's call this girl Erica. Erica and I never separated for anything. We would hang out everyday
after school and even danced together at the same studio. I thought she was someone who would stick with me forever growing up, but unfortunately
I was wrong. First of all, Erica and I grew up together and hung out ninety percent of the time. I was so attached to this girl, that I couldn't see the
true person she really was. And I didn't realize till now that I didn't even love hanging out with her, I loved the fact that I had such a cool and popular
best friend. I was mostly unhappy hanging out with Erica, and I never knew what kind of mood she would be in. Unfortunately, she would almost
brainwash me into thinking that I needed her, no matter what she did to me. After a while, I believed her and set aside my feelings to help with hers.

Personal Narrative : My Best Friend
Title I woke up to a bright blue flashing light from my left side. I picked up my phone from my nightstand and checked the caller ID. In black
letters, it said Cole. He was my best friend, we were like brother and sister. "Hey, Cole, why are you calling me at...." I looked over at my alarm
clock,"5:30 in the morning?" I yawned at the end. "School, did you not remember? Or did you stay up too late watching Z Nation without me?" I
could tell he was smiling. "Umm, both, sorry, I had to see if 10k survived. I 'm sorry." I shrugged my shoulders sheepishly even though he couldn't
see me. "Did he? Oh, no, nevermind, don't answer that. Anyway, I'll be over in a few. I'll see you then," He replied. "Alright, see ya," I said yawning

I'm gonna be busy all week, maybe longer. I'll see if we can hang out Sunday, I promise," I told him slightly guilty for leaving him alone. The rest of
the walk to school was silent and awkward. "I'll call you when I can," I half smiled and went to my first class. Throughout the day, I kept feeling
guilty for having to do other things instead of being with him. We haven't hung out in a while. I guess I zoned out in class because when I came
back to reality when the end of the day bell rang. The dog shelter was just a block from school so I could walk there. After my long, crazy shift at
the dog shelter, I then called my mom and waited about fifteen to twenty minutes. On the ride home, it was silent. My mom knew something was
wrong but didn't push it. She knows that I don't like to talk about my problems. I hope she thinks it was stress. The next day was the same as
yesterday, except I was pricing and selling things, not caring for animals. After that day, I was busy all week and all month. It was the same for
about a six months. In that time, I have only seen Cole in school. We don't even say hi anymore. It's as if we're strangers. I think it's my fault. I
chose to get another job to fit into my busy schedule. I didn't even have time for him that Sunday like I promised. l had to go and get another job.
I've been so lonely after Cole and I drifted apart. On my only day off for a while, I went to mine

I'm Bree. I am 14 years old. I am not popular, but I want to be really bad. I am very shy, I don't have many frends, I'm average height, and I love to
read. I have a sister named Laura, but she lives with her friend in Californa. My best friend is named Chase, I've known him since birth and he's the
one of the most popular boys at school. He is tall, athletic, and has dirty blonde hair like me. "Wake up! It's the first day of school, we're going to be
late Chase shouted. "How did you get in?" I groaned. I saw his brownie like eyes stare at me. I felt my heart jump. "Through the bay window, like I
always do. Now get up sleepy head or we're going to be late," he shouted again When we got to school Chase found his other friends and left me to
hangout with them. "Hey! Bree I have to run, but I'll see you at lunch bye," Chase said as he walked over to his friends. "Great I'm all alone, now
what, let's see first period got to go to Spanish," I thought to myself. The day went by like last year, I go to my classes, no one talks to me or even
looks at me. I go to lunch and have a table all to myself. But then in 6th period I got an early dismissal for some reason. So I packed my stuff up and
left. "Hey why did I get an early dismissal?" I asked. "Your father and I have to go on a business trip for a year. We asked Chase's mom to take care of
you and we're going to leave money for food and clothes, we're leaving now and we needed to

Quiet, nothing comes out of my mouth as I watch my two best friends giggling with their so–called "new friend". I watch as I stand next to my rusting
faded blue locker squeaking as I shut it. Her blonde hair, tan skin, and short posture resembles mine as she walks down the cluttered 7th grade
hallway. Jadyn, my friend joyfully runs to me with a delighted smile, it's hard to miss her when she's wearing her favorite bright neon green shirt. Her
almond hair is all over her face from her voyage over to me while getting pushed around like a ball in a pinball machine. She then tells me in a ecstatic
voice how Ali is going to be in my class. My heart drops as I stare into the emerald eyes of my best friend since kindergarten hoping it's a joke. Of
course she is in all of my classes I think as my hands sweat from nerves, my first day of 7th grade is already scary enough, I don't want to deal with her
too. I stare at the seating chart with a black face, and then put on a fake smile as I realize I sit by Ali in my first class. Slowly making my way to my
spot in the back of the room passing the desks filled with people I haven't seen since last year. I notice the boy in front of me, my eyes admiring his
colorful shirt and observing his chaotic jet–black hair all messy. I realize my spot isn't so bad because my short posture mixed with being behind a tall
boy makes it impossible for the teachers to see and call on me. Then I turn and see Ali again, ugh. We talk for a minute or so

Looking back, I remind myself that friends are temporary, but memories are forever. This was going to be our last night together, Cesli and I.
Cesli Crum was my best friend that I met in third grade. That year came and went, and though in fourth grade Cesli was held back, we still vowed
to always be best friends. Then, that winter of two thousand fourteen, her family decided to move away. I felt devastated, so my mom agreed to
have Cesli over one evening right before she left. Thus that is what brought us to be hanging out in my living room. Cesli's dad knocked on the door,
and when she came in, she had in tow a rocks and minerals set she had gotten at the recent Scholastic Book Fair. I felt so overjoyed to see her walk in,

We went into the closet to choose blue and purple cheetah printduct tape, and my mom went upstairs to grab an old purple yoga mat. My mom helped
us cut and rip swatches of duct tape to form the spaces and numbers. After the hopscotch masterpiece was complete, we realized we needed some sort
of 'rock' to throw to pick up in the middle. I had the idea to use one of the foam building blocks we had on hand. Cesli and I took turns throwing and
jumping. "That was so fun, Jenn!" Cesli giggled. We laughed together for probably a good whole three minutes. After we were out of breath, we
realized that time had gone by fast. "We only have about fifteen minutes until your dad comes!" I griped to Cesli. "Hey, why don't you play Cesli one
of your piano songs?" my mom suggested. "Okay!" I decided. I sat down at the piano and let my fingers dance across the keys as I played one of the
songs I knew by heart. After I finished the song, Cesli walked over, and asked me shyly, "I've always wanted to play piano. Maybe you could teach
me?" Um. . . sure?!" I answered hesitantly. My mom helped me pull out a few of my really old piano books. I was laughing inside my head at the
superior nonchalance of the song. I helped Cesli start teaching Cesli one of the first songs in the book. It was almost a magical feeling, my last
moments with Cesli. When I was teaching her that piano song, I felt a spark of friendship, a pang of magic, and a hope of

Having a best friend that is independent, respectful and hard–working is the type of person Chandler is. Finding that one person, someone can start to
relay on them for countless and bountiful things. Having that one loving person can do many wild justices for you in your life time and having them
stay in your life is the most overjoyed feeling. Being able to have them see you express the feelings that you are devotedly feeling; sad, cheerful,
angry, and excited means that they won't be making fun of you, when you are feeling these emotions. Having Chandler be a glowing best friend, is
something that will never be a misconception. Chandler is a beautiful, tall human being with a skinny build; Chandler has dirty–dish water colored hair
with a lush shine to it. He consistently has a magnificent smile on his face with his dazzling blue eyes. This kid is the most independent, respectful and
hard–working person ever. Chandler is a special person that has entered a life that is crazy and loving; cherishing every moment with him is the way
of growing and sticking together; the amazing way that someone can impact the way the wild lives today with just a touch of their precious heart.
Being independent is very important to many people these days. Chandler will always be independent, even with his stubborn mindset personality. He
is a kid that will always do a challenging or easy activity himself or he would prefer to do things himself. While being a sweet, young twenty–year old,

Descriptive Essay On My Best Friend
Having a best friend is like having a second being to share your every movement and emotion with. They are there for you in your saddest and
happiest moments. They give you the truest opinions, but will support you no matter what you decide to do. Once you become close enough with
a person to call them your best friend, you unconsciously begin having identical likes and dislikes. You become inseparable, spending most of you
days either hanging out or whining to them about any bothersome matter that you come across. Those are some of the characteristics of being true
close friends. You never want them to be in harms way because you have developed a bond to that individual and realized what an amazing person
they are. Trust me when I tell you, I never wanted to see my best friend of four years get hurt but when you are put in a situation like mine, it was
bound to happen one way or another. One of the biggest dilemmas I have encountered was deciding what to tell my close friend and what not to for
her own good. I would never have thought I would have to choose between my best friend's trust or her happiness. As a freshman I, like most rookies
in high school, was a very bashful yet cheery young girl. I had chunky square glasses that where noticeably unproportional to my face, almost
completely encased my eyes. Being outgoing was one of my strong suits however, I could just as easily switch to being overly introverted depending
on who was surrounding me. I had an overwhelming

Walking across the smooth, pine, hardwood floors and up the cream colored, just–steamed carpets brought back memories, but Phillipa wouldn't allow
herself to reminisce now. Kat had called her here for a reason, though she sounded unbelievably distant due to her raging fever, and Phillipa had to
fulfill her duty as a best friend; they take care of each other when they're at their best, and their worst. Kat was currently at her worst, and home alone.
Moreover, because Kat was too ill to care for herself, Phillipa would have to take over for Kat's extremely inattentive parents, as was the norm in their
friendship. Kat's parents worked in the city; her father, an engineer for a big manufacturing company, and her mother; an art director.... Show more

Underneath the recently acquired hangings was the old wall, painted, repainted, and still unfinished; a great unrestrained mishmash of colors that
represented Kat's mood. There had been so many of the depressed hues casting unhealthy opalescent reflections onto Kat's pale, unhealthy skin last
year. The rest of the room was a multitudinous arrangement of various furniture; chairs, modern and antique, gifts from friends and family,
holding memories from years past and present, oak shelves full of creaking leather bound scientific journals from aspiring botanists who'd given
up on their hobby, torn books of copious varieties, ranging from journals people had kept and sold, wanting to forget their contents, to fairytale
books with crayon pictures scribbled in margins that smelt like decades old wax, all worn from exposure to mildew, giving off the aroma of dewy
basement. Kat and Phillipa could be found pouring over the books for hours, having sleepovers at each other 's' houses just to finish them. They
both loved the stories the books held, the information that could be learned about subjects of any kind, and about the original owners' lives. Other
assorted items were strewn about the room; a record player with a large collection of records dating as far back as the 1920s and up to the 21st
century and slightly warped records like Saturday Night Fever and Billie Holiday stacked underneath

Have you ever had a best friend move away? Me and Emma had been best friends for 2 years. She was like a walking joke book because she was so
funny, probably the next Albert Einstein because she is so smart, and the nicest person you would ever meet. We've lived in the same neighborhood for
3 years, but we became best friends 1 year later.
Sure, me and Emma were friends in 4th grade, but then in 5th grade, we landed in the same class and had orchestra together. We were the only 2 in
our class that played the violin so naturally, we became best friends. I didn't actually get to know Emma that well until that year. She just had a
reputation for being a little wild sometimes, especially during parties. At one party, she was even swaddled up in toilet paper and was giggling on the
floor
Being best friends with Emma was probably the best thing that ever happened to me. Originally, it was Emily and Emma that were best friends, but
then I became best friends with both of them and then basically the whole 5th grade knew the 3 of us were best friends. We did deranged things
together and me and Emma would walk home from the bus stop together since we lived in the same neighborhood. Either she would walk to my house
and then go to hers or I would go to her house and then go to mine.
Most of the time I even stayed at her house for 5 minutes or so and then went home. I thought me, Emily, and Emma would go through middle school
and high school together and it made me feel so much better

Friends will come and go like the leaves of a breezy fall day. But some stick around even on the worst days. As the lights beam down on me at a
Shippensburg soccer game with my best friend Izzy, a thought crossed my mind. What if we had never met? All of our memorable adventures we
experienced together. Like Black Friday Shopping, Hersheypark, Sky Zone, and our trip to Baltimore together would have never happened. So I'm
taken back to that wildcard day in third grade when I met Isabel Soliday. It was a breezy October day, school had started to get into the swing. I was in
third grade at the time. Since I was the youngest in my building, I was feeling like a weed in a forest full of tree's. At the time school was lonely,
none of my friends had even one class with me, and in their free time, they were playing with there new friends. Little did I know, that day I would
meet one of my best friends to this day. I don't know what we were working on, but I do remember we picked sticks to determine our partners. Sticking
my hand in the cold metal tin, I reached in and picked the number twenty–two. As Mrs. Keenan called the number, I looked into the crowd of kids to
see a blonde freckled girl standing there.
After everyone was done picking their partners, we found a seat at the front of the room on the soft, brown, but worn carpet. As we worked, we talked
quietly, until we had so much passion for the subject our voices carried to others.
After class was over, we

Personal Narrative : My Best Friend
Best friends are a necessity to life. Who would you gossip to? Who would you tell your crush to? Who would comfort you in times of needs and
sadness? Almost everyone at school has a best friend who they tell everything to, but what happens when the person you trusted most can't be
trusted anymore? What happens when your bestfriend isn't your best friend anymore? To this day, I still feel a great amount of sadness thinking
of this moment. Now, I feel like every best friend I have will just leave me again. I feel like this is a never ending cycle that won't stop. After this
day, I felt betrayed as if someone had stabbed me in the back. Luckily, the pain was only temporary and subsided, but the scar will always be there
for the memory. RRIIIIINNGGG!!! Finally, time for lunch. I put my English book away into my desk and walked to the side of the classroom to
grab the blue lunch sign. I waited for the class to get in alphabetical order and went off to the lunch line leading everyone behind me. Once the
supervisor saw that the line was clear, we were ordered to go and grab lunch. After observing the items, I saw my favorite! The pasta was right there,
but there were only two left. Please don't take the pasta, please don't take the pasta, I said in my head to the students in front of me. With my luck,
they took the pasta and I decided to just grab the cardboard–tasting, greasy pizza. After I said my name, I waited for my best friend to get her lunch.

From Enemies to Best Friends
First day of 7th grade was amazing! Final period came and it was computer class. We would just sit on the computers and learn how to type fast.
Once I finished I would play online games while everyone else got into groups. I sat alone because I had recently transferred to a new school due to
moving to a new house. My first day of school finished and I had no clue how to get home, I had to remember what my grandma told me and just trust
my gut. Walking home wasn't so bad but I took the longest way home. There was a group of girls I thought seemed nice so I followed them. They
noticed me as the new kid and asked me to come join the walk home. Coming close to home I was alone again and there was another girl walking
in front of me. I was minding my own business walking home, but she kept looking back at me. I found it strange but I continued. When she would
turn I would turn as well and when she crossed the street I would too. It was accidental not knowing we lived close to each other but I can tell it was
making her mad and confused because she kept looking back with a mean mug.
Finally, I was almost home and she turns a corner and right before I turn the same corner she confronts me, "why are you following me do need
something?" I started to laugh and roll my eyes, she didn't know why I was laughing so she started to get really upset.
"If you keep laughing we're going to have problems," she says but back then

The world has your life as a mystery and a game. The wind blows by, and the winter air flushes against my face. At first, my heart was beating fast,
thinking of unpredictable situations, looking for the way out of the forest. But, what have I done? I only remember when I was little, pretending to be
a spy, capturing the unwelcome gentlemen, adventurous, curious, and peculiar. But, there was also my best friend Chris with me. Although, what
could I have ever done to him? There were times that Chris and I would go on these adventures, where we would try to capture all of the money from

The moment my cousin lost his best friend, his world was filled with sorrow. It all started when they were in college, my cousin "Courtney" was 20 at
the time, and he met this girl at a campus coffee shop and her name was Sarah, she was 18. What attracted Courtney to Sarah was how much of a
beautiful, and charming girl she was; and her chestnut brown eyes and straight brown hair.
When Courtney approached her they had an immediate connection. They became instantaneous best friends. They spent all of their time together, they
did everything together, study sessions, parting, etc. After a couple of months, they decided mutually to start dating, but that didn't last very long
because both Courtney and Sarah wanted to let go of the hedonistic, irresponsible, promiscuous lifestyle, and also because they felt they were too
young to be in a serious relationship, and if they were in a relationship it would have to be an all–or–nothing kind of relationship. So a few years went
by that way, Sarah was 23 and Courtney was 25, and they were very happy living their wild and care free life; but something happened that changed
that for Sarah.

father was even more devastated, and seeing Sarah and her family in pain hurt Courtney to. Sarah sister were dead on arrival at the hospital. Sarah was

This Family is Cooler than Yours
Traditions are an important part of any holiday. But, I bet this family has a cooler tradition than anything your family has cooked up.
Every year, they spend some time learning a choreographed dance. They then apparently clear out their living room so this huge family of 8 can
perform it for the camera. Here's one of their more exciting dances.
I wonder what they have planned for next season? Lip–Sync Battle
Normally, I'm not a fan of lip–syncing. But, this little girl has definitely changed my mind. She may be just a baby, but this little girl has got something

Throughout my seventeen years of living my life there had been major issues that I didn't think I would be able to get through. Dealing with all the
enemies and troubled people I experienced in my lifetime already. One relationship I can say that was difficult and sometimes still is to maintain is my
best friend Anna. Usually best friends would be similar, and that is why they are best friends from all the similarities. Anna and I are actually
completely different people and that what made us stronger. From her being my opposite helped me to become the person I am today, which is being
more wise , enthusiastic, and creative. Sometimes our opposites make us stronger than we were before.
First, Anna and I met at camp when I was six and she was seven. The first conversation we had actually led us into arguing, from that day we both
knew we wouldn't be friends. Ever since that day we would argue everyday at the top of our lungs until we got tired and eventually stopped. To fast
forward through our camp experience for 9 years, we still used to argue and looking back at those arguments actually made me stronger. One argument
was that, Anna felt as though I was not showing enough emotion as though I was holding something in or avoiding my feelings. At the time I didn't
see that because I was like that for so long that I saw myself showing emotion. Truth be told I was holding something in, when it all came out Anna
was surprised and was there for me when I needed her. From going

Descriptive Essay About My Best Friend
You know that feeling of contentment and pure delight you get when you're around a loved one? Well that's exactly what I feel when I'm around my
best friend Karah. She is a Texas native and lived here her whole life, until she moved far, far away. That is when my whole world drastically changed.
Karah and I have known each other for a little over 4 years, that might not sound like a long time however it feels as if it was a lifetime. I've never met
anyone that understands me, makes me laugh, cares about me, and loves me as much as she does. To put it another way, she's one of the best people
I've ever met in my relatively short life. We formed such a strong connection almost instantly, which was surprising because I would have never
imagined finding someone like her was possible.
Life was going great for both of us until one day she FaceTimed me which was not abnormal, what was unusual was the look she had. I remember
that look perfectly. She looked hurt and worried, her eyes looked like two blue shiny marbles about to shatter, her face paler than usual, and what's
worse, she sounded sad and troubled. July 27, 2015. The day my world briefly stopped. "We're moving to Portland, Oregon" she quietly said. At first I
thought she was joking so I chuckled, then as the seconds passed and her face didn't flinch, I thought about what she said, but I couldn't exactly
process the information. I hoped she was kidding, but then I realized she was being extremely serious and I

My Hero : My Best Friend
When I first met that short, hyper, blonde, I had no idea how much she would impact people's lives...including mine. Mallory will forever be one of
my best friends, the strongest person I've ever known, and my role model. Without her, I never would have learned how truly important life is; and not
just our own, everyone around us. I could see it in Mal, that love for everyone she came in contact with. She wanted every single person who met her
to leave with a smile, I know I certainly did. When I first met Mallory Norrell, my first thought was, how can someone be that happy ALL THE
TIME? It was a warm, October day. But to me, it was a horrible day to be cramped in a car heading to the Grand Rapids church with about five
people I didn't know for a 24 hour retreat. But once we got there, I was introduced to Mal. She immediately welcomed me with open arms and
proceeded tell me all about her her house between Hibbing and Duluth, homeschooling, and her sister, who was also Mal's best friend, Brie.
Needless to say, we became fast friends. She was already an incredible example to my seventh grade self before she even knew it. After that day, we
kept in touch as much as possible and met up frequently at different retreats. As we talked, Mallory started to tell me about some pain that started in
her jaw and slowly moved down her neck. At first they thought it was a toothache or some kind of bruise in her jaw. But on December 21,2016, doctors
confirmed that it was cancer that was

Personal Narrative Essay : My Best Friend
Raising my head from my book all I could focus on was him. The way he stared at his paper, his pencil flowing across the thinned lined paper. The
sweat was now building on his forehead and I could see his light blue eyes every so often glance up at the clock. I was done within the first 20
minutes but now with 5 minutes left I could see he was really struggling. I sat there as the time wound down realizing that he would never look at me
like the way I look at him.
His names Tom. We've beenbest friends since I moved to this Hell Hole in preschool. With less than 2 months left in our high school career I knew
that if I didn't act now I would never do it. But, I couldn't, it was Tom, our parents used to put us in the tub together. How could I go from preschool
showers with him after playing in the snow to actually wanting to shower with him....
Tom still looked at me like my 2nd grade self with pigtails, bulky glasses, and an ever so slightly lisp when I said certain words. He was of course
exactly 4 months older than me and brought it up any chance he got. But, it wasn't just us, sadly. Tom told me everything, so I heard all of the vivid
details of him and his girlfriend, Jennie.
That lucky bitch.
Jennie was blonde with blue eyes and just the stereotypical girl any guy would fall head first for. Including MY Tom. Jennie and Tom were going on
their 3rd year of dating and there was no end in sight. Trust me I've tried anything. I've bribed girls to flirt with Tom, I've tried

Personal Narrative : My Best Friend
Passing the mile marker, notifying me that Norfolk was right around the corner, thrilled me, but for some reason my palms were sweaty and I had
butterflies doing loopty–loops in my stomach. I was on my way to visit Julia, one of my best friends at the time. The whole way there, in bumper to
bumper traffic, I reflected on all of my memories with her, including playing on a fallen, rotten tree and pretending that it was milk chocolate shop.
As little girls, we would dress up in glittery, razzled costumes and sing our hearts out, which continued well into our teen years when she drove me to
school my freshman year. The best of times were when we were sipping on our gooey, caramel frappuccinos and belting on Living On A Prayer by
Bon Jovi. It... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
It felt so wonderful to be with my best friend again. That evening, we trudged over to the dining hall, that was about half a mile away, to eat dinner.
Julia scanned me in with her card and we were immediately met by gleaming faces that were so eager to see who I was and why I was there. I was
introduced to some Julia's friends, specifically Nate, Ian, Connor, Katelyn, and Maiselle, Julia's roommate, who had not been there when I arrived
earlier. The food was absolutely mouth–watering and the different aromas of the food court was a blanket of deliciousness. Nate and I got our food
quickly and sat down, immediately bonding because he had done show choir for Hanover in high school. I had just found out a week previously
that I made Just For Show, Midlothian's mixed show choir. We discussed the pros and cons of participating in chorus and he was so welcoming and
friendly to me. He always made eye contact and laughed at me even when my jokes may not have been that funny. Katelyn was a shy girl, but super
kind, even offering to give me a tour of the campus the next morning. After dinner, everyone headed back to Julia's dorm room to hang out some
more. Eventually, more and more people showed and joined us, making it jammed pack full of people. To make more room, we moved Julia's rose
golden couch onto one of the bunkbeds in the room. Nate hooked up his phone to the Bluetooth speaker and started playing music in which

The Importance Of My Best Friend
When I was younger I always wanted a friend, a best friend, a friend that I could confide in and would always be there for me. Throughout the
years I've had several male and female friends but none scared me as bad as my so called best friend my 12th grade year. In summer of 2007 I
moved from Jackson to Crockett county because my mother got a divorce. At the time, I didn't have my license so I could drive myself to school
so I had to change schools. There was this girl named Nicole who lived down the street from my grandmother. Me and her had grown close to
throughout the years because on the weekends or during the summertime I would spend a lot of time at my grandmothers. During the summer
Nicole and I would spend a lot of time hang out and she eventually got me a job at the local dairy queen where she worked. By the time school
started Nicole and I were inseparable, we were always together. One night when we were at work a group of boys she knew came in. They kept
asking who I was but she told them I didn't want them and for them to stop looking at me. After they left I asked her what did they say and she said
that one of them liked me. After that she got very quit and didn't say anything the rest of the night. When we got off we did I normal routine, we
would ride around for a while and talked about the latest gossip, listen to music and then go home. But for some weird reason Nicole wasn't as
talkative as she normal was, she most sat back and listened to what I said and nodded when she agreed with something. After we got tired of
riding around I dropped her off and went home. The next day when I got to school one of my classmates said that a girl named Ashley was looking
for me. I was like why? I knew who she was but I didn't talk to her. Well apparently,, somebody had lied and told her I called her ugly and a hoe. I
was confused because I never said that about her. After Ashley and I talked she said she didn't have a problem with me and wonder what she did for
me to call her that and I told her I did say anything. After that conversation, everything was fine between us and we moved on. The next week when I
got to school there was as rumor about me being a gold digger and hoe going around the school, and

The phone rang. "I'll get it!" I yelled. I was expecting a call from my best friend Nicole. Rooster barked. He has recognized the ringtone, so he thinks
that every call is for him, even though he's a dog. We raced across the living room to get to it. He jumped up, trying to grab the phone between his
teeth. He missed. I grabbed it. "Hello?" I said, a little breathlessly. "Hi, Nova," said Nicole. "What's going on?" I said. I was curious about her Monday.
"Well, Ricky smiled at me today," "Oh. Well...That's great," I said, thinking what I'd give to have Ricky smile at me. She giggled. "I know he likes
me. I wish he would just ask me out alread–" A big, brown, animal rammed into me from the side. The phone went flying out of my hand and onto the
living room floor. "Yeti!" I exclaimed. Yeti was my favoritedog of the two, even if he can be a bother sometimes. I quickly scratched his big brown
ears, and then ran across the room and picked up the phone. "You still there," I asked. "Yeah...What happened?" "Yeti crashed into me from the side,"
I said. "Dumb dog," Nicole replied. I could just picture her flipping her brown hair and rolling her brown eyes. I wanted to say something in Yeti's
defense. I didn't want to anger my short–tempered friend. "So anyway," She continued. "You seen the new girl yet?" "No," I admitted. Nicole
described her to me. It appeared that she had blonde hair, blue eyes, and was muscular. "So...What do you think of her?"

It was in fourth grade when I met him...Will I become his enemy or best friend forever.
It was September 10th 2016 in 4th grade, it was a hot sunny day. As I walked into the class I got unpacked, for the school day was about to start. Eli
was my first friend in the new school. He was kind and he shook my hand but he is pretty crazy. Slowly but surely I met everyone. Later that day I
met someone... We became goodfriends. We used to frolic and play dead fishing at the metal Cactus or Sardines most ofthe time. Sometimes we would
play with his other friends. We would play imagination diversions together with Lily, Clare, Emma, and Ethan. We frisked with each other every day.
But sometimes I would play football or soccer with another friend! Then the cold unforgiving snowy winter came, we usually or most of the time hung
out with Lily, Clare, Emma, and Ethan. we were good friends at least I assumed.
Until it was about April or sometime around then , we kind of drifted away from each other. In that time we were classmates, and I played soccer and
football all the time. He plays the imagination games with his other friends. we didn't even notice that we were forgetting each other. For days weeks
and months we didn't even notice that we were drifting away.
It was a warm sun–drenched Sunday, I assigned with the person I forgot about. I have to stay with him at all time because we were going to Lansing at

The most influential relationship I've had in my life has been with my best friend of the last seven years, Karsyn. She was one of the first people I
got to know after moving to West Virginia. When I first met her, we could not have been more different. There was nothing we had in common besides
the fact that we were on the same volleyball team. Even though we are not the same people we were in sixth grade, that statement still holds true to this
day.
Without going into too much detail, Karsyn's life growing up was much different than mine. Her mom was married, left her husband for Karsyn's dad,
she became pregnant with Karsyn, her dad was mean to her mom, they separated, then her mom remarried another not–so–nice guy who she has been
with since 2004. Karsyn's life, for as long as I've known her and beyond, has been dictated between court battle after court battle, her dad's stint in
Afghanistan, and experiencing her mom's new husband's physically/emotionally abusive tendencies. I, on the other hand, came from a, some would
call it, "normal" family. I have two (mostly) happily married parents, two dogs, and a little sister. I went to church every Sunday and had a fairly
uneventful childhood.
We were in the sixth grade when we met. Karsyn was living with her mom at the time because her dad was serving in the military. The first time I met
her mom, I was totally entranced. She was like a real–life barbie doll. My mom doesn't wear makeup, so I, in turn, never learned how.

I'm so incredibly grateful that I have such an honest and trustworthy best friend. In 5th grade we got the same teacher and we were both excited.
The week before school we went back to school shopping for school supplies and clothes. August and September went by super fast and we rolled
around to October. In October I was coming up with all these plans we could do. There were new movies coming out that we could go watch by
ourselves because we thought it was so mature of us to go see a movie without our parents. I also wanted to go to London so we could shop at the
mall with my parents money. Halloween was around the corner so I wanted to get some matching costumes like Disney princesses, or whatever was

Personal Narrative Essay : Crash, My Best Friend
I trudged onto the bus one cold November morning and sat down in the seat across from Alex, my best friend Crash's boyfriend. I looked at my
phone and saw I had a text from her. "Block Alex on everything and don't talk to him." I looked up at him and saw that his eyes were a little bit
puffy and he was leaning on the window solemnly. I asked crash what had happened and she responded, "He's been super abusive our entire
relationship so we broke up, duh." Alex and I had become really good friends over the past few months; I knew there was no way he could do
anything abusive. Crash had never said anything but good things until that second, so naturally I was very confused. That night I asked Alex what
happened and he sent me screenshots of the texts. Basically the entire conversation was Crash yelling at him for not being good enough for her. Alex
was very confused, and so was I, as to what had happened, he didn't think he had done anything wrong. After seeing that conversation I started to
think about who I could trust. When Crash had texted me that morning she had made it seem like it was all his fault but Alex actually had solid proof.
This was the beginning of an end to what I later realized to be a toxic friendship. The end of this friendship made me more self confident and not worry
about what others think I should be doing.
Many months later, after Crash and I had almost completely forgotten about the whole thing, Alex and I started to develop a really good friendship,

Rose and I have been best friends for almost nine years. We met at Oak Grove Elementary School in the sixth grade. She is Astonishing! It's easy to

egocentric into a free spirit individual and showed me how to be even–tempered for the potential life. As I analyze Rose's journey, she have shown
courage, positive qualities during her fight with cancer. It was a tough development to absorb in her toughest moments.
Every six months, Rose visits the clinic for a checkup. Lately she's been having chest pain and felt a lump in her throat. So she decided that it was

her chest was filled with fluid. The doctor took a sample of the fluid and sent it to the lab for testing. Within thirty minutes, the doctor came back with
a blank expression and said, Rose I'm sorry but the test result showed that you have lungs cancer stage four. The tears have subsided, and the overall
confusion begins. At that moment, I had two choices: I could support her, learn collectible lessons throughout her cancer journey or be selfish and

I knew something was wrong the summer my best friend walked through me. Katie was like any other normal eight year old. She loved princesses,
castles, and had an imagination like I had never experienced. Katie and I had been friends since she was two years old and had always been
inseparable. Everywhere Katie went, I went. Our friendship was one of perfection, filled with elegant tea parties, heroic missions, and sleepy bedtime
ballads. Katie was my everything and I was hers, at least until that day on the playground. It was a hot summer day in the middle of July and Katie's
nana said that it would do us all some good if we went down to the neighborhood park and get some fresh air. Of course Katie and I were super
excited, going to the park meant that we could play on the big playground equipment. We all got into the car and after Katie was all buckled up in
her car seat, off we drove to the park. On the way there, Katie and I started talking about all the things we wanted to play when we got to the park.
"I can't wait 'till we get there and we can play pirates. You be the first mate and I'll be the Captain", Katie said jumping up and down in her car seat.
"Aargh", I said as I put my hand over my eye making a pirate eye patch.
Katie squealed with laughter which I had found was quite contagious, so I too started to laugh.

One Friend : My Best Friend
I always loved having one friend that always had my back. That one friend meant the world to me. She had dark brown hair and eyes just like me, and
we were practically the same height. Honestly, we looked decently alike, just her hair was much straighter than mine. We went to kindergarten, most of
grade school, and dance classes together. Whenever we were out with just one parent, people would look at us with a weird kind of creepy smile,
which I knew meant they thought we were cute. They'd then glance at my mom and go "your girls are adorable", implying we were sisters. We would
always beat her to responding and say, "thanks!" Everyone at school thought we were twin sisters too. Although our birthdays posted on cut–out flowers
on the classroom wall were a month and eight days apart, we claimed some twins are born at different times. She and I ruled the school, we made
everyone follow us. The attention felt great. She would always ask someone to hold her bag or let her use their pencil and I'd always stand beside her
and say "ya", "me too." I was never the one to ask for myself, I always went with what she said because it was her judgement I was dependent on. Ever
since I was three years old I've had this one best friend. My sister, my twin, and essentially, my only friend. She was the only one I could depend on,
the one I knew was always gonna have my side. Or maybe, all along, it was just me on her side.

Best Friends In life people will meet so many different personalities and sometimes those people become some of their best friends. There will be
people that will become a best friend, an intelligent friend, a crazy friend, a "hipster" friend, and a "mom" friend. All of these people make the group

Everyone has that one crazy friend. They are the ones that push other people out of their comfort zone. Laughter is something that seems to swell
around them constantly. They are typically very confident and comfortable with themselves. This confidence allows them to bring theirfriends out of
their shells and make those friends more comfortable with themselves as well. They always are wanting to try new things and are always ready for
new adventures. There are a ton of new stories and experiences that come out of being friends with them though. Their priorities are typically partying,
having fun, and new adventures. Anytime spent with them is never anywhere close to boring. However, this means that they could potentially come
with some drama. They are fun to be around every once in awhile, because at times they can become a little too much.
The "Hipster" friend is another interesting character. They always have a cool Instagram feed that is aesthetically pleasing. They go thrift shopping
because that is the cool thing to do. They also drink coffee, eat healthy things, and are possibly vegan. Their priorities are social media, clothes, and
food. This says that they are in the now. They typically know the latest trends. They also really care about what others think about them. They try to
please others and care about how many likes or followers they have on their social media. This could cause potential issues, however, because this

Ever since I was a little child, I had found that I matured a little faster than most people I knew. Yet, I still had many things to learn, just like the
rest of my peers. Of course, I also had my share of tantrums and tears like most people. There was a point where I had to grow up even more than I
had ever done before, and I remember quite vividly that it was during fifth grade. Fifth grade was the year where I had a lot of drama happen, and
it was a time where I realized that friends may not always be what you would like them to be, nor will they always stay as the person you had first
knew. There was this girl that I met in my class that I had decided to befriend with my best friend. At first, we had fun times together. We did the things
that any best friends would do: laugh, play games while hanging out, and talk about random things like unicorns for hours. It was totally drama free,
and mostly everything was running smoothly. It was not until my friend, the girl, had started hanging out with this other girl, who, in my opinion,
was not the type of girl that had the best personality in the world. She also did not give any good influence whatsoever to my friend. In other words,
she was a mean girl who had made my friend start cursing more, as well as getting her to think that it was okay to bully, which had then induced them
to think that they were better than most, if not all. My best friend and I had definitely noticed her starting to change, and we were upset by

I was afraid of losing one of my best friends due to having feelings for someone I didn't know that well for a while, but gradually got closer as we
hung out nearly day over the summer for two years in a row. I ignored my feelings for a while and brushed it aside, until I decided to step up and
confess. It didn't change anything between us, which I'm thankful for. I eventually learned to just listen to my heart, regardless of what could happen.
For better or for worse, I'm glad I did what I did. It made me realize that I could do more things that I had fear of, even if it doesn't turn out good, only
thing that matters is that it was worth a shot to try something new.

When I was really young I didn't go to summer camp, I would spend it with my cousins on Cape Cod. From age 3 to 9 we would spend at least half
the summer there, going to the beach and spending time with my family. I went to rec camp for 2 weeks when I was going into Second grade, but it
wasn't memorable apart from the visit to Funtown Splashtown.
When I was going into fifth grade my parents decided to send my sister and I to Blueberry Cove Camp in Tenants Harbor. It was a week long sleep
away camp, 2 hours from home, I was pretty nervous the only person I had stayed with for that long was my grandparents and these were people I
didn't know. Now this was 6 years ago, I don't remember very much, but I remember the girl I slept across from and where I slept in my cabin. In fact I
lived and worked with her again this year, she lives in California, her boyfriend was there that first year too and he lives in Arizona. The fact that
somehow the 3 of us all came back together 6 years after and many miles apart is what makes blueberry cove special.

My Life Changed My Best Friend

  • 1. My Life Changed My Best Friend My life has changed a lot ever since I met my best friend. She made me who I am today. The first time I met her, I never would've guessed we were going to be best friends. I met her two years ago. My family had just moved into our new house, out in Twin lake. A few days after we moved in, I was outside and this girl came walking down the road with a bunch of little kids. She stopped and talked to me for a minute. She introduced herself and told me a couple of things about her. Her name was Ariel and she lived down the road. She asked me how old I was, which I was thirteen years old at the time. After she asked me my age, she told me she'd be right back and went into the house next to mine. She came back out, but with a girl. She looked my... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Of course, I made more friends around the neighborhood (mostly people that Kailynn was friends with), so we hung out with them a lot. That next fall, we went to the same school. We didn't have any classes together, but we still saw each other a lot more than we did when I first moved next door to her. Some of the people we hung out with over the summer became good friends of mine, and others became strangers. I talked to a couple of them everyday, and the others I didn't talk to at all. No matter what, Kailynn stuck by my side. We became thosebest friends that call each other's parents our parents and walk into each other's house as if we lived there. We were inseparable. Last January, things were starting to get bad at my house. I was always at Kailynn's house because I couldn't even stand to be in mine. My mom and step dad got divorced, so we had to move out. I wasn't only ten seconds away from Kailynn anymore. We moved to downtown Whitehall. It wasn't that far from her house, but it wasn't close. She still came over when ever she could. Eventually, we ended up moving to Oakridge, which is a half an hour away from her house. Even when we didn't get to see each other, she was still there for me whenever I needed her. Even though I've known Kailynn for two years, she has made a huge impact on my life. I wouldn't be who I am today if I didn't know her. She taught me that it's okay to be who I am and not to care ... • 2. My Best Friend I have two best friends, Jimmy and Greg, and they have been my best friends since middle school. We met the first day of middle school during recess. All three of us loved hanging out with each other than, and continue hanging out every day now. Although, Jimmy and Greg do not normally hang out without me. My best friends, Jimmy and Greg, are total opposites of each other. Personality wise Jimmy is very outgoing, meanwhile, Greg is antisocial. Furthermore, my friend Jimmy goes to college unlike Greg who works two full–time jobs. Lastly, Greg's hobby includes car racing while Jimmy's hobby includes collecting sneakers. My best friends, Jimmy and Greg have completely opposite personalities. Jimmy is super outgoing and loves meeting new people. Whenever Jimmy is out at the mall or at school he is always making new friends. In addition, Jimmy loves suggesting new places for us to visit when we hang out. On time Jimmy made us go to a house party in Brooklyn. Greg and I spent the entire party joined at the hip. Meanwhile, Jimmy was walking around chatting with strangers and making loads of new friends. By the end of the night Jimmy had conversed with every person at the party, and Greg and I were still in our corner. However, Greg is extremely antisocial and would rather stay home playing video games. When Jimmy and I first met Greg, he would not talk very much. Whenever Greg had any free time we could always find him at home, locked up in his room, playing ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 3. My Best Friend Essay I was always scared. My heart would pound and I never prepared for the worse, yet it always came to that. I was only a little girl, and I didn't deserve this at all, but I still let her walk all over me. Everytime she said or did something that hurt me, I tried even harder to impress her with different and exciting ways, instead of standing up for myself. This was my life around my best friend, until recently. I'm getting ahead of myself, so let me rewind a little bit. Around age three I met this amazing girl. She was someone who I instantly became best friends with. Someone who I didn't have to try around because we didn't judge each other. Let's call this girl Erica. Erica and I never separated for anything. We would hang out everyday after school and even danced together at the same studio. I thought she was someone who would stick with me forever growing up, but unfortunately I was wrong. First of all, Erica and I grew up together and hung out ninety percent of the time. I was so attached to this girl, that I couldn't see the true person she really was. And I didn't realize till now that I didn't even love hanging out with her, I loved the fact that I had such a cool and popular best friend. I was mostly unhappy hanging out with Erica, and I never knew what kind of mood she would be in. Unfortunately, she would almost brainwash me into thinking that I needed her, no matter what she did to me. After a while, I believed her and set aside my feelings to help with hers. ... • 4. Personal Narrative : My Best Friend Title I woke up to a bright blue flashing light from my left side. I picked up my phone from my nightstand and checked the caller ID. In black letters, it said Cole. He was my best friend, we were like brother and sister. "Hey, Cole, why are you calling me at...." I looked over at my alarm clock,"5:30 in the morning?" I yawned at the end. "School, did you not remember? Or did you stay up too late watching Z Nation without me?" I could tell he was smiling. "Umm, both, sorry, I had to see if 10k survived. I 'm sorry." I shrugged my shoulders sheepishly even though he couldn't see me. "Did he? Oh, no, nevermind, don't answer that. Anyway, I'll be over in a few. I'll see you then," He replied. "Alright, see ya," I said yawning once again I... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... I'm gonna be busy all week, maybe longer. I'll see if we can hang out Sunday, I promise," I told him slightly guilty for leaving him alone. The rest of the walk to school was silent and awkward. "I'll call you when I can," I half smiled and went to my first class. Throughout the day, I kept feeling guilty for having to do other things instead of being with him. We haven't hung out in a while. I guess I zoned out in class because when I came back to reality when the end of the day bell rang. The dog shelter was just a block from school so I could walk there. After my long, crazy shift at the dog shelter, I then called my mom and waited about fifteen to twenty minutes. On the ride home, it was silent. My mom knew something was wrong but didn't push it. She knows that I don't like to talk about my problems. I hope she thinks it was stress. The next day was the same as yesterday, except I was pricing and selling things, not caring for animals. After that day, I was busy all week and all month. It was the same for about a six months. In that time, I have only seen Cole in school. We don't even say hi anymore. It's as if we're strangers. I think it's my fault. I chose to get another job to fit into my busy schedule. I didn't even have time for him that Sunday like I promised. l had to go and get another job. I've been so lonely after Cole and I drifted apart. On my only day off for a while, I went to mine ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 5. My Best Friend I'm Bree. I am 14 years old. I am not popular, but I want to be really bad. I am very shy, I don't have many frends, I'm average height, and I love to read. I have a sister named Laura, but she lives with her friend in Californa. My best friend is named Chase, I've known him since birth and he's the one of the most popular boys at school. He is tall, athletic, and has dirty blonde hair like me. "Wake up! It's the first day of school, we're going to be late Chase shouted. "How did you get in?" I groaned. I saw his brownie like eyes stare at me. I felt my heart jump. "Through the bay window, like I always do. Now get up sleepy head or we're going to be late," he shouted again When we got to school Chase found his other friends and left me to hangout with them. "Hey! Bree I have to run, but I'll see you at lunch bye," Chase said as he walked over to his friends. "Great I'm all alone, now what, let's see first period got to go to Spanish," I thought to myself. The day went by like last year, I go to my classes, no one talks to me or even looks at me. I go to lunch and have a table all to myself. But then in 6th period I got an early dismissal for some reason. So I packed my stuff up and left. "Hey why did I get an early dismissal?" I asked. "Your father and I have to go on a business trip for a year. We asked Chase's mom to take care of you and we're going to leave money for food and clothes, we're leaving now and we needed to ... • 6. My Best Friend Quiet, nothing comes out of my mouth as I watch my two best friends giggling with their so–called "new friend". I watch as I stand next to my rusting faded blue locker squeaking as I shut it. Her blonde hair, tan skin, and short posture resembles mine as she walks down the cluttered 7th grade hallway. Jadyn, my friend joyfully runs to me with a delighted smile, it's hard to miss her when she's wearing her favorite bright neon green shirt. Her almond hair is all over her face from her voyage over to me while getting pushed around like a ball in a pinball machine. She then tells me in a ecstatic voice how Ali is going to be in my class. My heart drops as I stare into the emerald eyes of my best friend since kindergarten hoping it's a joke. Of course she is in all of my classes I think as my hands sweat from nerves, my first day of 7th grade is already scary enough, I don't want to deal with her too. I stare at the seating chart with a black face, and then put on a fake smile as I realize I sit by Ali in my first class. Slowly making my way to my spot in the back of the room passing the desks filled with people I haven't seen since last year. I notice the boy in front of me, my eyes admiring his colorful shirt and observing his chaotic jet–black hair all messy. I realize my spot isn't so bad because my short posture mixed with being behind a tall boy makes it impossible for the teachers to see and call on me. Then I turn and see Ali again, ugh. We talk for a minute or so ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 7. Personal Narrative : My Best Friend Looking back, I remind myself that friends are temporary, but memories are forever. This was going to be our last night together, Cesli and I. Cesli Crum was my best friend that I met in third grade. That year came and went, and though in fourth grade Cesli was held back, we still vowed to always be best friends. Then, that winter of two thousand fourteen, her family decided to move away. I felt devastated, so my mom agreed to have Cesli over one evening right before she left. Thus that is what brought us to be hanging out in my living room. Cesli's dad knocked on the door, and when she came in, she had in tow a rocks and minerals set she had gotten at the recent Scholastic Book Fair. I felt so overjoyed to see her walk in, but... My mom helped us cut and rip swatches of duct tape to form the spaces and numbers. After the hopscotch masterpiece was complete, we realized we needed some sort of 'rock' to throw to pick up in the middle. I had the idea to use one of the foam building blocks we had on hand. Cesli and I took turns throwing and jumping. "That was so fun, Jenn!" Cesli giggled. We laughed together for probably a good whole three minutes. After we were out of breath, we realized that time had gone by fast. "We only have about fifteen minutes until your dad comes!" I griped to Cesli. "Hey, why don't you play Cesli one of your piano songs?" my mom suggested. "Okay!" I decided. I sat down at the piano and let my fingers dance across the keys as I played one of the songs I knew by heart. After I finished the song, Cesli walked over, and asked me shyly, "I've always wanted to play piano. Maybe you could teach me?" Um. . . sure?!" I answered hesitantly. My mom helped me pull out a few of my really old piano books. I was laughing inside my head at the superior nonchalance of the song. I helped Cesli start teaching Cesli one of the first songs in the book. It was almost a magical feeling, my last moments with Cesli. When I was teaching her that piano song, I felt a spark of friendship, a pang of magic, and a hope of ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 8. My Best Friend Having a best friend that is independent, respectful and hard–working is the type of person Chandler is. Finding that one person, someone can start to relay on them for countless and bountiful things. Having that one loving person can do many wild justices for you in your life time and having them stay in your life is the most overjoyed feeling. Being able to have them see you express the feelings that you are devotedly feeling; sad, cheerful, angry, and excited means that they won't be making fun of you, when you are feeling these emotions. Having Chandler be a glowing best friend, is something that will never be a misconception. Chandler is a beautiful, tall human being with a skinny build; Chandler has dirty–dish water colored hair with a lush shine to it. He consistently has a magnificent smile on his face with his dazzling blue eyes. This kid is the most independent, respectful and hard–working person ever. Chandler is a special person that has entered a life that is crazy and loving; cherishing every moment with him is the way of growing and sticking together; the amazing way that someone can impact the way the wild lives today with just a touch of their precious heart. Being independent is very important to many people these days. Chandler will always be independent, even with his stubborn mindset personality. He is a kid that will always do a challenging or easy activity himself or he would prefer to do things himself. While being a sweet, young twenty–year old, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 9. Descriptive Essay On My Best Friend Having a best friend is like having a second being to share your every movement and emotion with. They are there for you in your saddest and happiest moments. They give you the truest opinions, but will support you no matter what you decide to do. Once you become close enough with a person to call them your best friend, you unconsciously begin having identical likes and dislikes. You become inseparable, spending most of you days either hanging out or whining to them about any bothersome matter that you come across. Those are some of the characteristics of being true close friends. You never want them to be in harms way because you have developed a bond to that individual and realized what an amazing person they are. Trust me when I tell you, I never wanted to see my best friend of four years get hurt but when you are put in a situation like mine, it was bound to happen one way or another. One of the biggest dilemmas I have encountered was deciding what to tell my close friend and what not to for her own good. I would never have thought I would have to choose between my best friend's trust or her happiness. As a freshman I, like most rookies in high school, was a very bashful yet cheery young girl. I had chunky square glasses that where noticeably unproportional to my face, almost completely encased my eyes. Being outgoing was one of my strong suits however, I could just as easily switch to being overly introverted depending on who was surrounding me. I had an overwhelming ... • 10. Kat : A Best Friend Walking across the smooth, pine, hardwood floors and up the cream colored, just–steamed carpets brought back memories, but Phillipa wouldn't allow herself to reminisce now. Kat had called her here for a reason, though she sounded unbelievably distant due to her raging fever, and Phillipa had to fulfill her duty as a best friend; they take care of each other when they're at their best, and their worst. Kat was currently at her worst, and home alone. Moreover, because Kat was too ill to care for herself, Phillipa would have to take over for Kat's extremely inattentive parents, as was the norm in their friendship. Underneath the recently acquired hangings was the old wall, painted, repainted, and still unfinished; a great unrestrained mishmash of colors that represented Kat's mood. There had been so many of the depressed hues casting unhealthy opalescent reflections onto Kat's pale, unhealthy skin last year. The rest of the room was a multitudinous arrangement of various furniture; chairs, modern and antique, gifts from friends and family, holding memories from years past and present, oak shelves full of creaking leather bound scientific journals from aspiring botanists who'd given up on their hobby, torn books of copious varieties, ranging from journals people had kept and sold, wanting to forget their contents, to fairytale books with crayon pictures scribbled in margins that smelt like decades old wax, all worn from exposure to mildew, giving off the aroma of dewy basement. Kat and Phillipa could be found pouring over the books for hours, having sleepovers at each other 's' houses just to finish them. They both loved the stories the books held, the information that could be learned about subjects of any kind, and about the original owners' lives. • 11. My Best Friend Essay Have you ever had a best friend move away? Me and Emma had been best friends for 2 years. She was like a walking joke book because she was so funny, probably the next Albert Einstein because she is so smart, and the nicest person you would ever meet. We've lived in the same neighborhood for 3 years, but we became best friends 1 year later. Sure, me and Emma were friends in 4th grade, but then in 5th grade, we landed in the same class and had orchestra together. We were the only 2 in our class that played the violin so naturally, we became best friends. I didn't actually get to know Emma that well until that year. She just had a reputation for being a little wild sometimes, especially during parties. At one party, she was even swaddled up in toilet paper and was giggling on the floor Being best friends with Emma was probably the best thing that ever happened to me. Originally, it was Emily and Emma that were best friends, but then I became best friends with both of them and then basically the whole 5th grade knew the 3 of us were best friends. We did deranged things together and me and Emma would walk home from the bus stop together since we lived in the same neighborhood. Either she would walk to my house and then go to hers or I would go to her house and then go to mine. Most of the time I even stayed at her house for 5 minutes or so and then went home. I thought me, Emily, and Emma would go through middle school and high school together and it made me feel so much better ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 12. My Best Friend Essay Friends will come and go like the leaves of a breezy fall day. But some stick around even on the worst days. As the lights beam down on me at a Shippensburg soccer game with my best friend Izzy, a thought crossed my mind. What if we had never met? All of our memorable adventures we experienced together. Like Black Friday Shopping, Hersheypark, Sky Zone, and our trip to Baltimore together would have never happened. So I'm taken back to that wildcard day in third grade when I met Isabel Soliday. It was a breezy October day, school had started to get into the swing. I was in third grade at the time. Since I was the youngest in my building, I was feeling like a weed in a forest full of tree's. At the time school was lonely, none of my friends had even one class with me, and in their free time, they were playing with there new friends. Little did I know, that day I would meet one of my best friends to this day. I don't know what we were working on, but I do remember we picked sticks to determine our partners. Sticking my hand in the cold metal tin, I reached in and picked the number twenty–two. As Mrs. Keenan called the number, I looked into the crowd of kids to see a blonde freckled girl standing there. After everyone was done picking their partners, we found a seat at the front of the room on the soft, brown, but worn carpet. As we worked, we talked quietly, until we had so much passion for the subject our voices carried to others. After class was over, we ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 14. Personal Narrative : My Best Friend Best friends are a necessity to life. Who would you gossip to? Who would you tell your crush to? Who would comfort you in times of needs and sadness? Almost everyone at school has a best friend who they tell everything to, but what happens when the person you trusted most can't be trusted anymore? What happens when your bestfriend isn't your best friend anymore? To this day, I still feel a great amount of sadness thinking of this moment. Now, I feel like every best friend I have will just leave me again. I feel like this is a never ending cycle that won't stop. After this day, I felt betrayed as if someone had stabbed me in the back. Luckily, the pain was only temporary and subsided, but the scar will always be there for the memory. RRIIIIINNGGG!!! Finally, time for lunch. I put my English book away into my desk and walked to the side of the classroom to grab the blue lunch sign. I waited for the class to get in alphabetical order and went off to the lunch line leading everyone behind me. Once the supervisor saw that the line was clear, we were ordered to go and grab lunch. After observing the items, I saw my favorite! The pasta was right there, but there were only two left. Please don't take the pasta, please don't take the pasta, I said in my head to the students in front of me. With my luck, they took the pasta and I decided to just grab the cardboard–tasting, greasy pizza. After I said my name, I waited for my best friend to get her lunch. However, after she did, she ... • 15. My Best Friends From Enemies to Best Friends First day of 7th grade was amazing! Final period came and it was computer class. We would just sit on the computers and learn how to type fast. Once I finished I would play online games while everyone else got into groups. I sat alone because I had recently transferred to a new school due to moving to a new house. My first day of school finished and I had no clue how to get home, I had to remember what my grandma told me and just trust my gut. Walking home wasn't so bad but I took the longest way home. There was a group of girls I thought seemed nice so I followed them. They noticed me as the new kid and asked me to come join the walk home. Coming close to home I was alone again and there was another girl walking in front of me. I was minding my own business walking home, but she kept looking back at me. I found it strange but I continued. When she would turn I would turn as well and when she crossed the street I would too. It was accidental not knowing we lived close to each other but I can tell it was making her mad and confused because she kept looking back with a mean mug. Finally, I was almost home and she turns a corner and right before I turn the same corner she confronts me, "why are you following me do need something?" I started to laugh and roll my eyes, she didn't know why I was laughing so she started to get really upset. "If you keep laughing we're going to have problems," she says but back then ... I only remember when I was little, pretending to be a spy, capturing the unwelcome gentlemen, adventurous, curious, and peculiar. But, there was also my best friend Chris with me. • 17. My Best Friend The moment my cousin lost his best friend, his world was filled with sorrow. It all started when they were in college, my cousin "Courtney" was 20 at the time, and he met this girl at a campus coffee shop and her name was Sarah, she was 18. What attracted Courtney to Sarah was how much of a beautiful, and charming girl she was; and her chestnut brown eyes and straight brown hair. When Courtney approached her they had an immediate connection. They became instantaneous best friends. They spent all of their time together, they did everything together, study sessions, parting, etc. After a couple of months, they decided mutually to start dating, but that didn't last very long because both Courtney and Sarah wanted to let go of the hedonistic, irresponsible, promiscuous lifestyle, and also because they felt they were too young to be in a serious relationship, and if they were in a relationship it would have to be an all–or–nothing kind of relationship. So a few years went by that way, Sarah was 23 and Courtney was 25, and they were very happy living their wild and care free life; but something happened that changed that for Sarah. It was her sisters, they had been in a car accident they were 16 and 18, and both were killed the crash. Sarah was utterly, completely devastated. Sarah father was even more devastated, and seeing Sarah and her family in pain hurt Courtney to. Sarah sister were dead on arrival at the hospital. • 20. My Best Friend Throughout my seventeen years of living my life there had been major issues that I didn't think I would be able to get through. Dealing with all the enemies and troubled people I experienced in my lifetime already. One relationship I can say that was difficult and sometimes still is to maintain is my best friend Anna. Usually best friends would be similar, and that is why they are best friends from all the similarities. Anna and I are actually completely different people and that what made us stronger. From her being my opposite helped me to become the person I am today, which is being more wise , enthusiastic, and creative. Sometimes our opposites make us stronger than we were before. First, Anna and I met at camp when I was six and she was seven. The first conversation we had actually led us into arguing, from that day we both knew we wouldn't be friends. Ever since that day we would argue everyday at the top of our lungs until we got tired and eventually stopped. To fast forward through our camp experience for 9 years, we still used to argue and looking back at those arguments actually made me stronger. One argument was that, Anna felt as though I was not showing enough emotion as though I was holding something in or avoiding my feelings. At the time I didn't see that because I was like that for so long that I saw myself showing emotion. Truth be told I was holding something in, when it all came out Anna was surprised and was there for me when I needed her. From going ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Well that's exactly what I feel when I'm around my best friend Karah. She is a Texas native and lived here her whole life, until she moved far, far away. That is when my whole world drastically changed. Karah and I have known each other for a little over 4 years, that might not sound like a long time however it feels as if it was a lifetime. I've never met anyone that understands me, makes me laugh, cares about me, and loves me as much as she does. To put it another way, she's one of the best people I've ever met in my relatively short life. We formed such a strong connection almost instantly, which was surprising because I would have never imagined finding someone like her was possible. Life was going great for both of us until one day she FaceTimed me which was not abnormal, what was unusual was the look she had. I remember that look perfectly. She looked hurt and worried, her eyes looked like two blue shiny marbles about to shatter, her face paler than usual, and what's worse, she sounded sad and troubled. July 27, 2015. The day my world briefly stopped. "We're moving to Portland, Oregon" she quietly said. • 25. The Importance Of My Best Friend When I was younger I always wanted a friend, a best friend, a friend that I could confide in and would always be there for me. Throughout the years I've had several male and female friends but none scared me as bad as my so called best friend my 12th grade year. In summer of 2007 I moved from Jackson to Crockett county because my mother got a divorce. At the time, I didn't have my license so I could drive myself to school so I had to change schools. There was this girl named Nicole who lived down the street from my grandmother. Me and her had grown close to throughout the years because on the weekends or during the summertime I would spend a lot of time at my grandmothers. During the summer Nicole and I would spend a lot of time hang out and she eventually got me a job at the local dairy queen where she worked. By the time school started Nicole and I were inseparable, we were always together. One night when we were at work a group of boys she knew came in. They kept asking who I was but she told them I didn't want them and for them to stop looking at me. After they left I asked her what did they say and she said that one of them liked me. After that she got very quit and didn't say anything the rest of the night. When we got off we did I normal routine, we would ride around for a while and talked about the latest gossip, listen to music and then go home. But for some weird reason Nicole wasn't as talkative as she normal was, she most sat back and listened to what I said and nodded when she agreed with something. After we got tired of riding around I dropped her off and went home. The next day when I got to school one of my classmates said that a girl named Ashley was looking for me. I was like why? I knew who she was but I didn't talk to her. Well apparently,, somebody had lied and told her I called her ugly and a hoe. I was confused because I never said that about her. After Ashley and I talked she said she didn't have a problem with me and wonder what she did for me to call her that and I told her I did say anything. After that conversation, everything was fine between us and we moved on. The next week when I got to school there was as rumor about me being a gold digger and hoe going around the school, and ... • 28. My Best Friend The most influential relationship I've had in my life has been with my best friend of the last seven years, Karsyn. She was one of the first people I got to know after moving to West Virginia. When I first met her, we could not have been more different. There was nothing we had in common besides the fact that we were on the same volleyball team. Even though we are not the same people we were in sixth grade, that statement still holds true to this day. Without going into too much detail, Karsyn's life growing up was much different than mine. Her mom was married, left her husband for Karsyn's dad, she became pregnant with Karsyn, her dad was mean to her mom, they separated, then her mom remarried another not–so–nice guy who she has been with since 2004. Karsyn's life, for as long as I've known her and beyond, has been dictated between court battle after court battle, her dad's stint in Afghanistan, and experiencing her mom's new husband's physically/emotionally abusive tendencies. I went to church every Sunday and had a fairly uneventful childhood. We were in the sixth grade when we met. Karsyn was living with her mom at the time because her dad was serving in the military. I looked up at him and saw that his eyes were a little bit puffy and he was leaning on the window solemnly. I asked crash what had happened and she responded, "He's been super abusive our entire relationship so we broke up, duh." Alex and I had become really good friends over the past few months; I knew there was no way he could do anything abusive. Crash had never said anything but good things until that second, so naturally I was very confused. That night I asked Alex what happened and he sent me screenshots of the texts. Basically the entire conversation was Crash yelling at him for not being good enough for her. Alex was very confused, and so was I, as to what had happened, he didn't think he had done anything wrong. After seeing that conversation I started to think about who I could trust. When Crash had texted me that morning she had made it seem like it was all his fault but Alex actually had solid proof. This was the beginning of an end to what I later realized to be a toxic friendship. The end of this friendship made me more self confident and not worry about what others think I should be doing. Many months later, after Crash and I had almost completely forgotten about the whole thing, Alex and I started to develop a really good friendship, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 31. Rose And I Have Been Best Friends For Almost Nine Years Rose and I have been best friends for almost nine years. We met at Oak Grove Elementary School in the sixth grade. She is Astonishing! It's easy to describe her because she is an incredible person who made a positive influence in my life. Rose has transformed me from being stubborn and egocentric into a free spirit individual and showed me how to be even–tempered for the potential life. As I analyze Rose's journey, she have shown courage, positive qualities during her fight with cancer. It was a tough development to absorb in her toughest moments. Every six months, Rose visits the clinic for a checkup. Lately she's been having chest pain and felt a lump in her throat. So she decided that it was time for an early checkup. She schedule an appointment for the following day. When she arrived to the clinic, she explained to herdoctor about her symptoms. Admittedly he took an X–Ray of her chest. When the results came back, it showed that her lungs had disintegrated and the right side of her chest was filled with fluid. The doctor took a sample of the fluid and sent it to the lab for testing. Within thirty minutes, the doctor came back with a blank expression and said, Rose I'm sorry but the test result showed that you have lungs cancer stage four. The tears have subsided, and the overall confusion begins. At that moment, I had two choices: I could support her, learn collectible lessons throughout her cancer journey or be selfish and walk away. Of course, I quickly embrace my ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 33. My Best Friend I knew something was wrong the summer my best friend walked through me. Katie was like any other normal eight year old. She loved princesses, castles, and had an imagination like I had never experienced. Katie and I had been friends since she was two years old and had always been inseparable. Everywhere Katie went, I went. Our friendship was one of perfection, filled with elegant tea parties, heroic missions, and sleepy bedtime ballads. Katie was my everything and I was hers, at least until that day on the playground. It was a hot summer day in the middle of July and Katie's nana said that it would do us all some good if we went down to the neighborhood park and get some fresh air. Of course Katie and I were super excited, going to the park meant that we could play on the big playground equipment. We all got into the car and after Katie was all buckled up in her car seat, off we drove to the park. Once we pulled up to the park, Katie's nana opened the door and helped Katie out. I guess Katie's nana forgot that I was in the car too because she ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 35. One Friend : My Best Friend I always loved having one friend that always had my back. That one friend meant the world to me. She had dark brown hair and eyes just like me, and we were practically the same height. Honestly, we looked decently alike, just her hair was much straighter than mine. We went to kindergarten, most of grade school, and dance classes together. Whenever we were out with just one parent, people would look at us with a weird kind of creepy smile, which I knew meant they thought we were cute. They'd then glance at my mom and go "your girls are adorable", implying we were sisters. We would always beat her to responding and say, "thanks!" Everyone at school thought we were twin sisters too. Although our birthdays posted on cut–out flowers on the classroom wall were a month and eight days apart, we claimed some twins are born at different times. She and I ruled the school, we made everyone follow us. The attention felt great. She would always ask someone to hold her bag or let her use their pencil and I'd always stand beside her and say "ya", "me too." I was never the one to ask for myself, I always went with what she said because it was her judgement I was dependent on. Ever since I was three years old I've had this one best friend. My sister, my twin, and essentially, my only friend. She was the only one I could depend on, the one I knew was always gonna have my side. Or maybe, all along, it was just me on her side. One time at her house, she opened her email and showed me emails ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 37. My Best Friend Ever since I was a little child, I had found that I matured a little faster than most people I knew. Yet, I still had many things to learn, just like the rest of my peers. Of course, I also had my share of tantrums and tears like most people. There was a point where I had to grow up even more than I had ever done before, and I remember quite vividly that it was during fifth grade. Fifth grade was the year where I had a lot of drama happen, and it was a time where I realized that friends may not always be what you would like them to be, nor will they always stay as the person you had first knew. There was this girl that I met in my class that I had decided to befriend with my best friend. At first, we had fun times together. We did the things that any best friends would do: laugh, play games while hanging out, and talk about random things like unicorns for hours. It was totally drama free, and mostly everything was running smoothly. It was not until my friend, the girl, had started hanging out with this other girl, who, in my opinion, was not the type of girl that had the best personality in the world. She also did not give any good influence whatsoever to my friend. In other words, she was a mean girl who had made my friend start cursing more, as well as getting her to think that it was okay to bully, which had then induced them to think that they were better than most, if not all. My best friend and I had definitely noticed her starting to change, and we were upset by ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 38. My Best Friend I was afraid of losing one of my best friends due to having feelings for someone I didn't know that well for a while, but gradually got closer as we hung out nearly day over the summer for two years in a row. I ignored my feelings for a while and brushed it aside, until I decided to step up and confess. It didn't change anything between us, which I'm thankful for. I eventually learned to just listen to my heart, regardless of what could happen. For better or for worse, I'm glad I did what I did. It made me realize that I could do more things that I had fear of, even if it doesn't turn out good, only thing that matters is that it was worth a shot to try something new. Halloween two years ago, I was walking with my cousin Emily to a friend of hers' house. I didn't know anybody, so I was nervous to be around people I didn't know. As Emily went inside, I stayed put outside. Shortly after, the door opened and a guy stepped outside. He introduced himself, told me his name was Will. In exchange, I awkwardly introduced myself to him. He offered me to come in, but I didn't feel comfortable going in somebody's home that I didn't know, so I kindly denied the offer. He was persistent and seemed determined for a while to have me come in, but he eventually gave up and went back inside. Shortly after, a different guy stepped outside and I could tell right away he was different. He asked why I don't come inside and once I gave my reason, he was helping me and trying to find a way for ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 39. My Best Friends When I was really young I didn't go to summer camp, I would spend it with my cousins on Cape Cod. From age 3 to 9 we would spend at least half the summer there, going to the beach and spending time with my family. I went to rec camp for 2 weeks when I was going into Second grade, but it wasn't memorable apart from the visit to Funtown Splashtown. When I was going into fifth grade my parents decided to send my sister and I to Blueberry Cove Camp in Tenants Harbor. It was a week long sleep away camp, 2 hours from home, I was pretty nervous the only person I had stayed with for that long was my grandparents and these were people I didn't know. Now this was 6 years ago, I don't remember very much, but I remember the girl I slept across from and where I slept in my cabin. In fact I lived and worked with her again this year, she lives in California, her boyfriend was there that first year too and he lives in Arizona. The fact that somehow the 3 of us all came back together 6 years after and many miles apart is what makes blueberry cove special. In the past 6 years I've met so many people I wouldn't be friends with anywhere else. Here you spend a week with people that become your best friends, I spent a total of 44 days over 4 years with some girls I still consider family even if I haven't seen them in years. One of those girls lives in Ireland and I would feel fine flying over and staying with her, she's like my family at this point. I spent a lot of time at Blueberry Cove over ...
