III. Summary of Meeting
1. Introductions of Dayna, Shannon and Leonard
2. Dayna provided high-level overview
i. Purpose of map is to develop a better way to communicate nuclear industry
organizations/activities to public sector and community college systems
ii. Prior industry data collection was overwhelming. The goal of first phase of data
collection is to keep it simple and collect information in phases, versus all at once.
iii. Key priorities: Quality and Quantity, not schedule. Ideally, information should be
collected via face-to-face settings.
iv. Mark will help reach out to cluster members with a focus on each member to
identify most knowledgeable person in their respective organization to help work
with our team.

v. Focus on utility, engineering, organizations first for data collection by July 26 .
Education can be collected at a later time.
vi. Grant application will be submitted to help our initiative and economic
development task team. Goal is to have a web-platform for the CNC, similar to
the Textile cluster.
