Libita is a synergy hotel management consulting corporation, managed under
PT Libita Citra Utama conceived as a platform for rendering specialized
consulting services in the segment of Hotel Management Consultancy
including Hotel Management and Operations as well as the Human Resources
Development. We deliver and serve the highest quality of service to our
prestigious clients through our valued professional expertise.
Our management consulting services are created and backed up by
professionals in their respective core competencies encompassing Hotel
General Management, Financial Accounting, Sales & Marketing, Room
Division, F&B Division, Engineering and Human Resources.
Libita adalah sebuah perusahaan konsultan hotel management yang dikelola
dan bernaung di bawah PT Libita Citra Utama yang bergerak dan
mengkhususkan diri pada jasa konsultan Hotel Management, yaitu dalam
bidang hotel management dan operasional serta pengembangan sumber daya
manusianya. Kami menyediakan dan melayani dengan kualitas pelayanan
terbaik untuk para klien kami melalui para ahli yang sangat profesional.
Jasa layanan konsultan manajemen kami diciptakan dan didukung oleh para
profesional yang ahli di bidangnya masing – masing, yakni Hotel General

Libita Hotel Management is one of the most progressive hotel management companies, has
started the consultancy business since 2001 with conducting training and consulting for
various hotels, local and international chain hotels and other hospitality industries in
Indonesia under Berlian Training & Consulting and in 2004 with opening BTI Hotel
Institute Bogor and Sukabumi, Hotel Educational Institute which have been successfully
creating many young hotel professionals who have been spreading out working for hotels in
Indonesia and abroad as well as luxurious cruise ships in many countries.
Libita is a word of latin language has a deep valuable meaning that is pleasure, enjoyment
and happiness. This word has inspired and driven us to create great service for our clients
who like to build the hotel or being assisted in managing their hotels. This our brand of
hotel management will emphasize on the client’s hotel unwavering guest-centric focus as well
as the hotel management, products and human resources who work for the hotel.
We work with highest integrity, commitment and consistent for our client to create and
build effective and efficient hotel management system where it is in line with generating
fantastic revenue and profit. Our brand motto “creating your dream hotel” . This also is
emphasizing our commitment to bring pleasure, joy and happiness to all guests through
excellent service and products which delivered by hotel employees.
Libita Hotel Management adalah salah satu perusahaan hotel management yang sangat
progresif, dimulai dengan bisnis konsultan pada tahun 2001 yang telah banyak memberikan
program training dan consulting ke berbagai hotel, baik hotel jaringan lokal maupun
internasional serta industri hospitality lainnya di Indonesia di bawah Berlian Training &
Consulting. Pada tahun 2004 juga mendirikan lembaga pendidikan perhotelan BTI Hotel
Institute di Bogor dan Sukabumi, yang sampai saat ini telah meluluskan banyak generasi muda
dan mereka sudah tersebar bekerja baik di hotel- hotel di Indonesia, luar negeri dan kapal
pesiar di berbagai negara.
Libita adalah sebuah kata dari bahasa latin, memiliki makna yang sangat berarti, yaitu
kesenangan, kenikmatan dan kebahagiaan. Kata ini telah menginspirasi dan mendorong kami
untuk menciptakan pelayanan yang berkualitas tinggi untuk para klien kami yang ingin
membangun hotel atau membantu mengelola hotel mereka. Libita sebagai merek dari hotel
management kami akan mengedepankan dan fokus terhadap berbagai harapan dan keinginan
pelanggan hotel, hotel management, produk – produk hotel serta sumber daya manusia yang
bekerja di hotel tersebut.

RUANG LINGKUP LAYANAN KAMI
1. Hotel Management Contract
Kami sepenuhnya mengelola hotel dengan sistem kontrak kerjasama dalam jangka
waktu yang disepakati Antara kami dengan pemilik hotel dengan pembagian hasil
kepada kami 5 – 7 % dari Sales Revenue atau dengan sistem pembagian hasil kepada
kami dari kelebihan Sales Revenue atau Net Profit yang ditargetkan dan ditentukan
oleh pemilik hotel.
2. Hotel Consultancy
Kami bertindak sebagai konsultan dalam jangka waktu tertentu untuk pengelolaan
hotel secara keseluruhan atau beberapa departemen saja dengan biaya jasa konsultan
yang telah kami tentukan.
3. Hotel Pre-Opening Services
Kami memberikan jasa layanan mulai dari perencanaan pembangunan hotel sampai
dengan hotel mulai beroperasi. Jasa layanan ini dapat meliputi pembuatan konsep,
design, pembangunan hotel, perekrutan dan training karyawan serta pembuatan SOP
untuk seluruh departemen.
4. Hotel Service Quality Management
Kami memberikan jasa layanan konsultasi, pembuatan sistem kerja pelayanan dan
training yang berhubungan dengan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan hotel.
5. F&B Operation Management
Kami sepenuhnya mengelola Departemen Food & Beverage, baik Service maupun
Kitchen. Kami yang bertanggung jawab atas perekrutan karyawan, operasional dan
manajemen Food & Beverage Department.
6. Human Resources: Employee Recruitment & Training
Kami memberikan jasa layanan perekrutan karyawan, baik keseluruhan maupun
sebagian departemen serta pemberian program trainingnya, baik hard skill maupun soft
skill.
Semua jasa layanan kami dan ketentuan – ketentuannya serta tugas dan tanggung jawab kami
terhadap pemilik hotel akan dituangkan dalam bentuk surat perjanjian kerjasama antara kami
dengan pemilik hotel berdasarkan prinsip sama – sama menang dan saling menguntungkan.

 Aris Munandar
He is an expert in general management of hotel operations. He took the best hotel school
in Indonesia, Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (NHI) Bandung. His ability to view the
opportunity and future hospitality business is very sharp. He is also the expert in financial
accounting and budgeting. He has been in hospitality industry more than 20 years.
Ia seorang ahli dalam general management operasional hotel. Lulusan sekolah
perhotelan terbaik di Indonesia, Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (NHI) Bandung. Ia
sangat piawai dalam melihat peluang bisnis hospitality. Iapun ahli dalam bidang
financial accounting dan budgeting. Ia sudah terjun di bidang hospitality lebih dari
20 tahun.
 Budi Berlian
He graduated from Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (NHI) Bandung and Educational Institute
of American Hotel & Motel Association, USA. His 20 years working experience in hotel
business, he is now becoming an expert in human resources management and people
development. Recruiting, training and developing employees are his strong ability. He is also
as a corporate trainer and motivator.
Ia lulusan Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata (NHI) Bandung dan Educational Institute of
American Hotel & Motel Association, USA. Pengalaman kerjanya 20 tahun di
bisnis perhotelan menjadikan Ia ahli dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia
dan pengembangan karyawan. Iapun saat ini sebagai Trainer dan Motivator untuk
berbagai perusahaan.
 Goenardjo Goenawan
He has huge experiences, more than 25 years in Food & Beverage Department and Sales
& Marketing in Hilton Hotel Jakarta and other prestigious hotels. He was also 3 years as
a commentator of Allez Cuisine on Indosiar TV. His knowledge, skill and managerial of
Food & Beverage as well as sales & marketing is without doubtful.
Ia memiliki pengalaman yang begitu banyak, lebih dari 25 tahun di Food &
Beverage Department dan Sales & Marketing di Hilton Hotel Jakarta dan hotel –
hotel prestisius lainnya. Ia juga pernah menjadi komentator di Allez Cuisine di
TV Indosiar selama 3 tahun. Pengetahuan, keterampilan serta managerial di
bidang Food & Beverage dan Sales & Marketing tidak diragukan lagi.

 Arifiadi Parayudha
He is the one who has strategic thinking in developing business and creating great concept
of hospitality management and system. His 25 global working experiences in hospitality
business and General Manager position in reputable hotel makes him very confident in
assisting the clients to achieve their company goals.
Ia adalah seseorang yang memiliki pikiran strategis dalam pengembangan bisnis
dan handal dalam menciptakan konsep dan sistem untuk manajemen hospitality.
Pengalaman globalnya selama 25 tahun di bisnis hospitality dan jabatan General
Manager di hotel yang memiliki reputasi membuat Ia sangat percaya diri untuk
membantu para klien dalam mencapai harapan dan keinginan perusahaan

His track record in hospitality business is unquestionable. His wide managerial position
experiences in Room Division takes him to become the expert in providing all the Front
Office and Housekeeping system and operational procedures very efficient, systematically
and high end result. His global education, experiences and interactions has strengthened

Hotel Management Contract Kami sepenuhnya mengelola hotel dengan sistem kontrak kerjasama dalam jangka waktu yang disepakati Antara kami dengan pemilik hotel dengan pembagian hasil kepada kami 5 – 7 % dari Sales Revenue atau dengan sistem pembagian hasil kepada kami dari kelebihan Sales Revenue atau Net Profit yang ditargetkan dan ditentukan oleh pemilik hotel. 2. Hotel Consultancy Kami bertindak sebagai konsultan dalam jangka waktu tertentu untuk pengelolaan hotel secara keseluruhan atau beberapa departemen saja dengan biaya jasa konsultan yang telah kami tentukan. 3. Hotel Pre-Opening Services Kami memberikan jasa layanan mulai dari perencanaan pembangunan hotel sampai dengan hotel mulai beroperasi. Jasa layanan ini dapat meliputi pembuatan konsep, design, pembangunan hotel, perekrutan dan training karyawan serta pembuatan SOP untuk seluruh departemen. 4. Hotel Service Quality Management Kami memberikan jasa layanan konsultasi, pembuatan sistem kerja pelayanan dan training yang berhubungan dengan peningkatan kualitas pelayanan hotel. 5. F&B Operation Management Kami sepenuhnya mengelola Departemen Food & Beverage, baik Service maupun Kitchen. Kami yang bertanggung jawab atas perekrutan karyawan, operasional dan manajemen Food & Beverage Department. 6. Human Resources: Employee Recruitment & Training Kami memberikan jasa layanan perekrutan karyawan, baik keseluruhan maupun sebagian departemen serta pemberian program trainingnya, baik hard skill maupun soft skill. Semua jasa layanan kami dan ketentuan – ketentuannya serta tugas dan tanggung jawab kami terhadap pemilik hotel akan dituangkan dalam bentuk surat perjanjian kerjasama antara kami dengan pemilik hotel berdasarkan prinsip sama – sama menang dan saling menguntungkan.
