Positive Outcomes and Expectations Rethink Re-energize Reinvent  According to Training and Development, developing employees will impact the following:  focusing on the future.  having a high usage of work experiences.  being goal-oriented and preparing for changes.  volunteering to positively impact our own lives and the lives of others.  supporting employees creates a positive working environment.  References  Noe, R.
