Let’s Have an ‘Art of HR’
The Art of Human Resources is a new concept in HR professionals, generally HR professional
used to have HR functions to train manpower, they manage - they operate organization, or
have a such scientific look on every individual for his/her professional growth, (they think
upon the organizational as well as an individual growth).
Let’s have a different view on this concept, we can check it with QWL (Quality of Work Life
Balance) of an Individual, first of all we need have a small focus on QWL, we can start with
the Meaning of QWL, Quality of Work Life is the existence of a certain set of organizational
conditions or practices. This definition frequently argues that a high quality of work life
exists when democratic management practices are used, employee's jobs are enriched,
employees are treated with dignity and safe working conditions exist. We wish to add one
more important aspect to increase quality of an individual in his/her performance and
productivity for the same, if organization provides better working environment to relax
employee during the working hours by providing a suitable free environment then definitely
there is a good result in Quality of Work ( Productivity). Free environment meaning is
nothing it’s simple meaning is ‘ Fun at Work’ we can use different techniques for relaxing
employees by providing Fun at Work, there is some arrangement of Sport Equipments,
some tricks games, festival calibrations etc. Is the part of Fun at Work, further if we can
create a bridge between the employees Family with Organization, then there is a strong
bonding effects marked in employee’s engagement.
Employees are the important assets of any organization, and for the employees his/her
family is an important asset. If we want to increase productivity of an individual then there
is a strong bonding required with employees’ family with an organization. Nothing is
compulsory but this is the very emotional aspect of any human being that anyone is working
or doing a job to sustain with family need and own personal desires (which is basically a
family need). With the help of employees you can plan festival calibration, few motivational
events like training camp, job rotation for employees growth, such together approach
makes a huge impact among the organizational bonding and it may became a strong and
long term bonding effects of the employees – Family – organization.
