Strong identifiers are treated more fairly when they are seen as the prototype of the group. Their opinions about their group are highly valued and taken
into consideration between all of the members. Because of their high commitment to their group, strong identifiers remain loyal though hard times and
times of doubt. They want to protect the group's image by focusing on the positive aspects. When faced with negative information about their group,
these members will defend their group's actions and criticisms in order to protect the group image.
Group members do not tolerate weak identifier's criticisms. Their criticisms of their group are often not listened to and disregarded by members who

Abstract
This experiment studied the effects of caffeine on the reaction time of a number of students. It was done with 12 individuals who all selected their own
source of caffeine to use for the testing. The three main caffeine sources were V energy drink, coffee and red bull. The reaction times of these students
were recorded before and after drinking the caffeine in order to obtain results on the effect that caffeine had on the individual. This was done by using
an online reaction test where students were to click on a button each time the green traffic light appeared. The results indicated significant differences
in the reaction times of the students' pre and post caffeine intake. Therefore, the experiment showed that caffeine did have an impact on the reaction
time of the student after consuming caffeine. This report allows comparison of the mean scores of the 12 groups using tables and graphs to clearly
indicate the differentiation of each result.

Naturalistic Observation of Student's in a Coffee Line In the United States, 85% of adults own a cell phone, with 18 to 24 year olds texting the
most (Zickuhr, 2011). Of these adults, 67% reported that they check their phone even if they do not hear it ringing, 44% sleep with the phone beside
their bed, and 29% reported they could not live without their cell phone (Smith, 2012). In addition, according to the Baylor University report, studies
show that young adults check their phone an average of 60 times a day. This study examined cell phone use among university students that were

observation, we calculated the amount of time individual students were on their phone per three minute time interval. The hypothesis was that students

The Importance Of Communicating And People Understand...
Communication has always been a up and down aspect in my life. I believe communicating is the purpose of receiving and giving information to
others, but I also believe that communicating is a way of expressing yourself to the rest of the world. I do understand that others have greater levels of
communicating and people understand communication differently. I have experienced both of these aspects of communication in groups I have been
part of. Personally, I prefer to work in a group setting rather than as an individual. I like the support, experiences, and even friendships that evolve
from group work. I believe that group communication helps to create a memorable and positive outcome for the task rather than doing it
independently. I have been apart of many "groups" throughout my high school and college years and I have enjoyed and learned many different
things from each one. One group in particular in which I learned a lot and was able to gain many skills was from my "core group". I was a New
Student Orientation Assistant (NSOA) when entering my sophomore year at Eastern. NSOAs assist the new students with their transition to Eastern.
There were over 150 of us students that were divided into core groups. I was with my core group for five days and with them throughout those days

Another problem is that this method requires everyone to have high motivation if they want to complete the project to a high standard and a as the
group is small a few unmotivated people can bring the whole project down. The group did have motivation problems during the middle of the project

In the Organizational Behavior class (BMAL 500), I took a personality test online and found out that my personality type is Extravert– Sensing–
Thinking– Judging (ESTJ), although I had a marginal preference of extraversion over introversion. Basically in certain situations I can be either an
