Excellent in all three presentations. He presented to a large group and explained the implementation of quartz. His written
reports were thorough. His documentation was consistent and always complete.

Excellent. He solved some of the trickiest problems we were facing by going deep down in research.

Yes on both counts.
Was he/she willing to work overtime as required?
He always consistently put in overtime work when critical deadlines were looming, but according to Company policy could not
charge the extra hours. I appreciated that a lot.

He was calm and resolute. He always got the job done regardless of the pressure.

Excellent work ethic. He always took the initiative to ask whether this additional piece needed to be designed and developed to
enhance the usability or reliability of the application. In the end, we would implement his suggestion, because they were
normally great suggestions.

I think Bran would excel in this role. He has the mind of an architect and can always look at the big picture while drilling down
into details of code. His architecture has resulted in very sound systems at CIHI.
