leadership so communication is KEY.- Experience with Test Coordination. This is a fast paced

DC10 has 5 Digital Project Leads for the User Interface (UI) Project Team to ensure project deliverables
meet requirements in a timely manner and adhere to Digital Standards.
Provides desired Digital experience and insights to influence the overall customer experience. Serves as
first point of contact to User Interface Team.Must have Digital/Mobile ExperienceProvides Digital
requirements to projects and ensures the direction from DC Digital Architects is applied to a project or
group of projects.Works with the project UI Teams by providing input and direction to inform the Digital
artifacts. When a particular digital artifact is not needed, the Project Lead is responsible for requesting

Database Architects will be dedicated to DC7 (Customer Communication) for the ICP project. They will
work with all phases of this project, DC Section has it's own database. The Architect responsibilities will
be to make sure that all of the Databases work together. Will be directly involved with the structuring
and restructuring of all of the databases/data containers. The architects will also help add new
databases and integrate vendor databases with State Farm databases. Will also help with the
customization of database
4. Title: User Centered Design Researcher
Job Description:
User Centered Design Researcher needed - Conducts user-centered research (e.g., user and task
analysis, conceptual design, iterative usability testing, and assessment usability testing) to guide the
design, selection, and refinement of products and processes throughout the product development
lifecycle. The skills required for the position are typically associated with an advanced degree in Human
Factors, Experimental Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, or related field. Candidates should have
excellent research skills including the ability to analyze large and small sample quantitative and
qualitative data sets. Experience supporting UCD research in a large corporate environment is a plus.
Maps to RD3/RD4. Sr. User Experience Research position 1 UCDR skilled resource Full-time for a six
