A Scorecard implies that there are a set of standard metrics like on time, on cost, and on quality metrics that can be used to directly quantify performance.
We generally recommend that customers start with Sales/Revenue and/or Financial analysis. These are the least complex and variable from company to company, and so can be a mutual quick win.
