From creating a preliminary magazine cover task to the final task, the student learned to use Photoshop at a higher level to create a more professional and higher standard of work. Technical skills such as removing backgrounds from pictures and choosing complementary colors without clashing improved the organization and layout of the second magazine cover compared to the first cover.

2. • From the beginning of the preliminary task to
the full task I feel I have learned to use
Photoshop to a higher level and have been
able to create a higher standard of work than I
did before.

3. • With technical skills I feel I have learnt to give
my magazine cover a more professional look
and use Photoshop to remove backgrounds of
pictures to give the images a smoother look.

4. • I feel my magazine cover has improved from
my preliminary task to my final cover because
I feel the second cover is more organized and
laid out better.
• I feel the colour and text colour on my second
cover fit together better because I spent
longer deciding on what colours would fit
together without clashing.

5. • My First cover was very unorganized but the
second magazine was designed better as
everything fits together better.
