The Product Testing Program is DFSV's independent testing program for
finished dairy products. The purpose of this program is to provide
assurance to both public health authorities and consumers that they
are not exposed to unacceptable microbiological contaminants in their
dairy foods.
, DFSV undertakes sampling of all manufactured product types in order
to better assess the microbial safety levels across a broader range of
dairy products.
All manufacturers or processors of dairy products licensed with DFSV
