2. Ingredients:
• 1 yogurt lemon flavor
• 3 eggs
• 2 yogurt cups of sugar
• 3 yogurt cups of flour
• 1 envelope baking powder
• 1 yogurt cup of oil
• Silicone baking cups or cupcake tins with paper liners
• Frosting if desired

3. Directions: In a large bowl with an
electric mixer whisk
Preheat oven to together eggs and yogurt,
170ºC add sugar and beat again.

4. • Sift together the
flour and the baking
powder
• Add flour mixture
and beat again.

5. • Pour the batter
into the silicone cups,
• Stir the oil and filling each three-
beat at low speed quarters full.

6. •Let it cool
• Bakeabout 20 completely before
minutes removing cupcakes

7. • Use a small spatula
to spread cupcakes
with
frosting, decorate •Enjoyyour
as you wish cupcakes!
