ISI inspectors wanted to see a lot more student
work than they were able to in Brighton on what
was the first full ISI inspection for a Bellerbys
College.
Proximity to start if term was reason accepted by
inspectors for limited access to student work.
Staff use of VLE for on-line submission by
students (and marking by staff) of formative and
summative assessment would allow ISI inspectors
easy access to the student work they need to see
without anyone needing to make any additional
effort to collect together samples of student work
for inspection
