It isimportantto approve all the levelsbecause inthatwaytheyinclude anew language that
he/she neededinthe laterthingtofulfill theirformation.
The National Universityof Loja,isanInstitutionof Superior,lay,autonomousEducation,of
publicright,withoutends of lucre,of highacademicandhumanistic,offersformationinthe
levels:technicianandtechnologicalsuperior;professional orof thirdlevel;and,of graduate
degree orfourthlevel;thatcarriesoutinvestigationscientific-techniqueaboutthe problemsof
the environment,withquality,relevancyandjustness,inordertocooperate tothe sustainable
developmentof the regionandof the country, participatingwiththe community,generating
alternative proposalstothe national problems,withsocial responsibility;recognizingand
promotingthe cultural andethnicdiversityandthe popularwisdom, leaningoninthe scientific
and technological advance,initoffersof improvingthe qualityof lifeof the Ecuadoriantown.
The Institute of Languagesof the National Universityof Lojaisanacademicprogram of support
to the professional formationof the studentsof the differentcareersand/orprogramsof the
UNL, it isthe SufficiencyinForeignLanguage,thisprogramoffersittohimunderthe present
modalityandat distance,tostudentsof the differentpre-gradecareers,graduate degree
programsand extensions,reachingabasiclevel of knowledge thatisgottenin2 levelsof
foreignlanguage:English,FrenchorRussian.
The Institute of Languagesof the National Universityof LojawascreatedOctober1979 as a
Centerof SuperiorEducationrecognizedbyitsprestige inthe whole environmentof the south
regionof the country,since itsto work isguidedtooffersupporttothe processesof the
students'of the differentacademicareasof the universityprofessional formation.
The Institute of Languagesisconstitutedinacenterof teachingof superiorlevel of foreign
languagesof grateful prestigeof the SouthRegionof the country;evaluatedand credited;
farmerof ethical andcultural values;theirtobe workedguidestooffersupporttothe
formationprocessesandtolendservicesinparticulartothe membersof the university
communityandto the societyingeneral,forthatwhichhashuman resources,physical,
technological andpedagogicof quality.
The teachingof the foreignlanguagesinthe wholeworldatthe momenthasnew stimuli that
are veryimportantandnot knowinganotherlanguage hasmanyobstacles.
In thiscontextthe consequent Instituteof Languageswiththe vision,the missionthe
objectivesandthe universitypoliticianscontemplatedinthe Plangedesandinthe New Law of
SuperiorEducationithasundertakeninimpellingthe studentinordertocollaborate
significantlyinthe attainmentof goalsandobjectivesinitoffersof the yearnedacademic

It is importantbecause we will have basesinwhichwe canmanage or implementitwhen
