3. INTRODUCTION:
A Tesla coil is an electrical resonant
transformer circuit designed by inventor
Nikola Tesla in 1891.
It is used to produce high-voltage, low-
current, high frequency alternating-current
electricity.
It’s wireless electric transmission system.
Tesla coil circuits were used commercially in
sparkgap radio transmitters for wireless
telegraphy until the 1920s , and in medical
equipment such as electrotherapy and violet
6. WORKING :
Basically “Tesla Coil” works on a process
which is called “Electromagnetic Induction”
According to electromagnetic induction,
when a conductor is placed under a varying
magnetic field, a small current will be
induced inside the conductor.
For this Tesla coil conductor will be called as
the secondary coil. Which is varying magnetic
field , will be produced by the primary coil by
passing an oscillating current through the
primary coil.
7. ADVANTAGES :
Easily transmit electricity (wirelessly).
Unaffected by weather.
Transmit energy without any loss.
Implement costing is low.
8. DISADVANTAGE :
Geting shock from the secoundary coil .
It produce huge amount of ozone gas .
[Radio frequency interference] this waves
cook flesh because of their low frequency .
9. CONCLUSION :
The main objective is that to demonstrate
wireless power transmission using “Tesla
Coil”.
It’s a remarkable device , which able to
generate high voltage and high frequency
with very low power input .
