- 2. We Are The World Leader
Ultrafast Systems is a top manufacturer of
time-resolved spectrometers. We have a
large customer base with nearly 200
spectroscopy systems installed to date. Our
products are used by the leading research
groups around the world.

- 3. Performance
We constantly work on advancing our hardware
and software. We do our best to keep our
equipment field upgradeable. This way our
customers can maintain their instruments at the
cutting edge of performance by installing
incremental software and hardware upgrades
for their spectrometers.

- 4. Sensitivity
We are always working at making our
instruments more sensitive, so that our
users can study their samples with less light
and in a shorter time. By doing this we make
it possible to investigate more delicate
samples.

- 5. Ease Of Use
• We make every effort to keep our spectrometers simple to
use. Almost anyone, regardless of their background, can get
trained to operate any of our instruments in a day or so.
• We custom design much of our hardware to make it easy to
use.
• To optimize the user experience our software has two levels
of access:
– Basic. Extremely intuitive interface. Suitable for most experiments.
– Advanced. For especially challenging experiments. Allows for
“under the hood” access.

- 6. Support
Most of our customers never contact us after the
installation. However we are always ready to provide
additional support and/or training. If there is a
problem, help is just an email or a phone call away.
In addition, we offer periodic training seminars at our
Applications Lab in Florida. There we have one of
every instrument type we installed in the field. Just
send us a training request and we will schedule it for
you.
