Role - Automotive Service Advisor
Location - Cambridge
Salary - £25,000 + Benefits
Due to continued business requirements they are currently looking for a Service
Advisor for their successful Dealership in Cambridge, reporting to the Service
Manager, the key responsibilities of the roles are as follows:
  • Dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs
  • Managing all communication via telephone, email and face to face in an
    efficient and courteous manner providing a first class customer service
  • Managing the allocation and handover of customer service vehicles
    ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Liaising with the workshop teams to ensure timely completion of
    customer’s vehicles.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Franchise Dealership on a
service desk (or have experience in a similar role with transferable skills). You
must be confident, outgoing and extremely customer focused. You should be
able to demonstrate excellent organisation skills and be a good communicator.
