2. I have added my masthead on to the front cover of my magazine and
edited the outside of the main image. I have placed the main image on a
plain white background as this is a typical conversion of a pop music
magazine which makes the main character stand out.
3. I have added smaller images on the side of my front cover as in pop
magazines a variety of images are used. I have also used an auto shape
to highlight a specific part of my magazine which is fashion. I have
included this section in my magazine as teenaged girls are also interest
in the latest fashion tips and advice. I’ve started to edit the actor’s neck
as I wanted to remove the hair to make the magazine to look more
professional.
4. This is my final magazine front cover; it contains a variety of typical
conventions that are used in a pop music magazine.
5. I have started to added page numbers next to the text to make it easier
for the reader to find the right page.
6. I started adding images at the bottom of the contents page to give an
insight to the different kinds of posters that are available in the
magazine.
7. I have made an X –Factor logo but didn’t think that the yellow and red
went well so I changed it to red and grey.
8. The background is very plain as it is black so I used different coloured
auto shapes at the bottom of the page to make the contents page look
more interesting.
9. There were no effects or stroke on this page so I added them to make
the text stand out.
11. I have added my main article in to columns and added a title as the top
which highlights what the article is about. I have also inserted an image
of the main actor.
12. I have added colour to this page to make it look more attractive. I had
used a lot of different fonts, but changed so that they are similar so the
magazine looks more professional.
13. I have highlighted key quotes that the artist says during the interview to
give the reader an insight to what the article is about.
