Today you are going to learn about ADVERBS.
Do you know what an adverb is?
An adverb is a word that adds meaning to a verb, an adjective or
another adverb.
eg:1) Diya ate her sandwich quickly when no one was
looking.(quickly modifies the verb ate)
2)It was a very delicious sandwich.(very modifies the adjective
delicious)
3)She placed her lunch box back in her bag very quietly.(very
modifies the adverb quietly)

There are seven different kinds of adverbs.
The first kind of adverb is Adverb of Manner.
Adverbs of Manner tell us how actions take place. Some
examples of adverbs of manner are quickly, safely, hungrily,
brightly, regularly, hard.
Eg: Amal quickly completed his work and hungrily ate his
dinner.
