anthracis is therefore known as a risk–group 3 organism (Agren et al., 2014). This is part of what
makes Anthrax such a risk, but more commonly Anthrax contamination in the soil only lasts for a

The fungi isolated from the strawberries, after it grew in a petri dish was thick white fungi, it had a
dark ring around the edges. The petri dishes held moisture and the fungi stuck to top of the petri
dish. The first isolated petri dish had solid black circular solids formed in the petri dish. The picture

My results were not what i expected, the results I got were a different fungus than I originally
Isolated. The fungus were similar in color and how they grew but the end result was very different
looking. Both the fruits I inoculated were the same fungus, and the first fungi inoculation and
subculture were the same. The fruit had gotten contaminated before I covered them and it changed
my results. If I could do this lab Again I would choose a different fruit and would make sure I was
more prepared for getting the inoculations together and sanitized. I would still do two different
inoculations to have a better chance of successfully getting the same fungi. The next thing I would
inoculate the same fruit with the isolated fungus to try and get the same fungus the second time

groups had some regeneration and one group had a mass death. My planaria was in the majority of
regeneration. Our result was one new planaria. Some of the things that might have affected the
group with the mass death is not having a clean blade to cut the planaria with or there being too
much light or their water being too cold because they were near an open window. For the groups
that had full regeneration their water temperature was not to warm and not too cold. Their blades

of factory machines were damaged because they didn't know how to use them, also the machines
could not be repaired because of the spare parts not being available to fix the machines.
Factories decided to inflating their production figures and the products produced were frequently so
