ABSTRACT
Todaytechnologydevelop day by day. So we need to improve ourselves
as well as old technology and instruments. Now a days everyone can not
expenses on power generator device. all time and year by year power storages
like battery is life finished, then it will be changed, So here, we have tried to
develop efficient and commercially economical Thermopiezo electric power
generation from wheelbase.
Advance design on this project in a peltier plate is used which function is to
absorb thermal energy from wheelbase in heat are generated through friction
those heat directly converted in voltages differences.
Which is helping us to optimize the human effort. because Piezo Part sensor
through generated AC voltages and this voltage are used in various application
which our requirements.

1.INTRODUCTION
1.1:
PROBLEM SUMMARY AND
INTRODUCTION
 electric vehicles are and they are awesome range
remains their limiting factor. Regenerative braking,
which captures energy otherwise lost as heat and
returns it to the battery, helps here. And engineers
have considered other ways of capturing pressure
from things like the rebound and compression of
shock absorbers
 Most problem of electric vehicle is to charging of
them is we can’t use it while it’s charging. the main
concept behind tier is to produce electricity while
driving itself.
 Another idea is creating electricity through pressure
and thermoelectricity, converting variations in
temperature into electric voltage. Whether they're
sitting in the sun or spinning on the road, tires
generate heat. and produce electricity

AIMS AND OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT:
• The main objective of the project is to generate the green energy
from the wheel base of a car while driving it self.
• The energy is produce from the pressure generate and heat
generate from friction.
• The component transform the pressure into a electricity and use it
in a different appliance in vehicle.
• From that green vehicle the pollution level is considerably
decrease the use of petrol and other fuel consumption is going to
decrease.

PROBLEM SPECIFICATION
• Now a days the most usage of personal vehicle leads to
pollution due to fuel consumptions
• The rate of fuel are increasing day to day to fulfilment of this
defect the electric vehicle are the most versatile option

to charge the battery its also a time consuming process.

• As per above image all the Piezo transducer are connected in
the parallel connection hence the pressure are created the the
Piezo transducer generate power
• That Piezo transducer are assemble on the wheel rim and when
the vehicle is moving due to heat and pressure the electricity is
stored at the battery

3: Implementation

 The Piezo is implied on the wheel base when the pressure is
generated on the wheel due to compression of the road and
wheel the Piezo electric transducer convert it into electricity.
 The outer surface and inner surface having a different
temperature due to peltire plate the more absorption of the
energy.
 That all energy going throw brush to a system battery
 The wires are located in between the rim all the connection are
cooper wires so it can impliments more energy

In 1 square ft. I used 12 piezo
sensor.Minimum voltages (press

Maximum voltages(press Piezo

 P = 60 W (case in minimum)
 The energy harvested by bonding piezo benders depends
on three factors, namely, tire surface area, rpm at 100km/h,
and bender end-to-end deflection. All of these factors are a
function of tire radius with a larger radius resulting in a
larger surface area, lower rpm, and lower deflection. For
this experiment, we used a 185/65R14 tire: one with layers
running radially (R) across it, with a width of 185mm, a
ratio of the height of the tire's cross-section to its width of
60, and a wheel diameter of 14 inches. Different sizes will
produce different output power depending on the
combination of these factor

4 PROCEDURE:-
 When the piezopart filled the pressure existing
between the base and a rim the compression
force react on the Piezo and the heat is
generated on the peltier platethe conversation
of that both energy to electricity is going to
store it the battery via bushes on the wheel rim
 To convert ac power into dc there are some
arrangement of a rectifier
 Also the arrangement of a capacitorand a
transducerwhich can improve the power
 Hence battery is charging on all the way while
vehicle is in moving condition and the
continuousenergy use in the different
application like headlights, air conditioning
system etc.
5. Advantages of thermopiezo transducer wheel base:
• . this approach defies the purpose of having an electrical
driveline: to reduce environmental impact through the use of
renewable energy sources. The need remains for a cleaner

power-generation technique that allows maximum range
extension with minimal environmental consequences.
• Long life span
• No fuel consumption
• Free energy without any input
Scope of future
advantage of incorporating piezoelectric materials
into your automotive systems is their extreme
reliability. They can run billions of cycles without
showing signs of fatigue. The small amplitude of
mechanical force applied means our PZT ceramics
are not subject to the same wear and replacement
requirements as other mechanical components on
your vehicles and automotive equipment
Although the future looks bright but the scope for research is
high. The piezoelectric generator technology is in its infancy
at the moment. These materials are always being blamed for
their low efficiency. The energy produced by them is very
little to use for the gadgets. But it’snot very far when people
want somebody to scream loud enough so that their mobile
battery is charged for the day long talking.

6. Conclusion:
We have generate a theoretical description on the
project “THERMO PIEZOELECTRIC WHEEL
BASE".
Which is noicefree,pollution free, no
use of fossil fuel AND effective
power generation for long life

Now a days everyone can not expenses on power generator device. all time and year by year power storages like battery is life finished, then it will be changed, So here, we have tried to develop efficient and commercially economical Thermopiezo electric power generation from wheelbase. Advance design on this project in a peltier plate is used which function is to absorb thermal energy from wheelbase in heat are generated through friction those heat directly converted in voltages differences. Which is helping us to optimize the human effort. because Piezo Part sensor through generated AC voltages and this voltage are used in various application which our requirements.

  • 6. 6 1.INTRODUCTION 1.1: PROBLEM SUMMARY AND INTRODUCTION  electric vehicles are and they are awesome range remains their limiting factor. Regenerative braking, which captures energy otherwise lost as heat and returns it to the battery, helps here. And engineers have considered other ways of capturing pressure from things like the rebound and compression of shock absorbers  Most problem of electric vehicle is to charging of them is we can’t use it while it’s charging. the main concept behind tier is to produce electricity while driving itself.  Another idea is creating electricity through pressure and thermoelectricity, converting variations in temperature into electric voltage. Whether they're sitting in the sun or spinning on the road, tires generate heat. and produce electricity
  • 7. 7 1.2 AIMS AND OBJECTIVE OF THE PROJECT: • The main objective of the project is to generate the green energy from the wheel base of a car while driving it self. • The energy is produce from the pressure generate and heat generate from friction. • The component transform the pressure into a electricity and use it in a different appliance in vehicle. • From that green vehicle the pollution level is considerably decrease the use of petrol and other fuel consumption is going to decrease. 1.3. I used 12 piezo sensor.Minimum voltages (press Piezo sensor 1 time)=12 v Maximum voltages(press Piezo sensor1 time=22v
  • 17. 17 P=choosenumber of Piezo sensor =5 P = 12*5  P = 60 W (case in minimum)  The energy harvested by bonding piezo benders depends on three factors, namely, tire surface area, rpm at 100km/h, and bender end-to-end deflection. All of these factors are a function of tire radius with a larger radius resulting in a larger surface area, lower rpm, and lower deflection. For this experiment, we used a 185/65R14 tire: one with layers running radially (R) across it, with a width of 185mm, a ratio of the height of the tire's cross-section to its width of 60, and a wheel diameter of 14 inches. Different sizes will produce different output power depending on the combination of these factor
