2. STORY OF THREE PRINCES
King Commanded them to fill the room with something
with least expense. He gave them a huge amount
(Authority + Responsibility) to use in good stewardship.
• Room full of Hey
• Room full of Gold and Diamonds
• Room filled with Light
• Third son took the ruler position for His good
stewardship.
3. Defining the Title
Everyone in this world is born with Authority and
Responsibility in some extent. Managing the A&R
to make positive impact called Stewardship.

as an organization or property
Steward is a person whose job is to look after (take
care of) something given in his/her hands

TIME, TALENTS & TREASURES given
5. Faithful Stewards…
“Each of you should use whatever gift you have
received to serve others, as faithful stewards of
God's grace in its various forms." 1 Peter 4:10
We are given the following by God…
Time, Talents, Treasure,
Health, Property, Material things,
Relationships, Faith … etc.
6. Steward is an Administrator or Manager
( 1 Peter 4:10)
Each One Should Use Whatever Gift (of any form)
He Has Received To Serve Others, Faithfully
Administering God's Grace In Its Various Forms

7. Parable of Talents
Matthew 25:14-30 “The Parable of the Bags of Gold
14 “Again, it will be like a man going on a journey, who
called his servants and entrusted his wealth to them. 15 To
one he gave five bags of gold, to another two bags, and to
another one bag, each according to his ability. Then he
went on his journey.
16 The man who had received five bags of gold went at once
and put his money to work and gained five bags more. 17 So
also, the one with two bags of gold gained two more. 18 But
the man who had received one bag went off, dug a hole in
the ground and hid his master’s money.”

meanings.
• Simple story to give deeper truth about
something.
• Illustrations: Explanation in Story form to
make all hearers understand
9. Parable of Talents (Bags of Gold)
• Stewardship include – Importation (born with abilities
and talents to perform certain duty)
• For Adam (Gen 1:27-28) to be fruitful, Multiply and
replenish the earth!
• For Noah to save the people from the wrath of God
(Genesis 7)
• Mat 25: 14 – He entrusted his wealth to them
• Fact 1: We are NOT asked of what we are NOT given!
10. Parable of Talents (Bags of Gold)
• Stewardship – Given according to our abilities (Not all
are given equally but according to ability)
• Mathew 25:15 – To each one according his ability.
• Mark Zuckerberg (May 14, 1984) with the net worth of
$560 Billion and personal wealth of $86 Billion.
• Why all are not like that? Five fingers are of different
size!
• Fact 2: All are not given equally!
11. Parable of Talents (Bags of Gold)
• To Prove our Stewardship – We are given Time (Matt 25:15, “Then he
went on his journey”)
• Matt 25:19-21, 19 “After a long time the master of those servants returned
and settled accounts with them. 20 The man who had received five bags of
gold brought the other five. ‘Master,’ he said, ‘you entrusted me with five
bags of gold. See, I have gained five more.’ 21 “His master replied, ‘Well
done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few
things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your
master’s happiness!’”
• Fact 3: All were Given Equal Time!

stewards (Managers) of someone’s resources.
• Time (To prove who they are)
• Treasure (Money / Bags of Gold)
• Talents (Abilities to Multiply)
• Kingdom authority and responsibility needs to be
exercised with absolute carefulness

You can do nothing if you come to office

It was in your control to avoid late, but if
you loose it, it is out of your control!
“When God gives us life, we don’t know
how much TIME we have to use that
life. We must budget our hours so that
we are able to give of our TIME to fulfill
God’s plan”
15. USE THE GIVEN TALENT
Talents are God given abilities to complete His task being a
faithful steward.
Identify your talents and how can they be perfectly used!
16. USE THE GIVEN TREASURES !
Every Wealth / Treasure / Money
given in your hands.
The responsibility given by
somebody!
The treasure to be invested
properly for multiplication. It
should not be kept unused! (The
third servant!)
