Workshop bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran diri dan tanggung jawab dalam merencanakan masa depan. Terdiri atas delapan latihan kelompok untuk mengeksplorasi emosi positif, kekuatan diri, otak, dan kesuksesan dalam 40.000 hari kehidupan rata-rata manusia. Proses rekrutmen terdiri lima tahap seleksi untuk memasuki dunia kerja.
