A feedback survey was completed by 15 participants of the ZAIN Problem Solving course held from 1-2 November 2015. Participants rated various aspects of the course on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being excellent. Overall ratings for the instructor's knowledge and communication skills averaged between 4.3 to 4.7. Participants felt the topics covered and training methods using audiovisuals and group work were beneficial and interesting, scoring on average between 3.8 to 4.3. Comments from participants expressed appreciation for the course.
