*On spot aptitude test if given to the students who are in the final year.
The students who are able to clear the aptitude test goes for the next
test
*Technical Test: This test is conducted in the office building. The
candidates who pass this test are given 3-6 months probation letter
If the candidate performs good after 3-6 months, then he/she is absorbed
by the company and a interview relating to the salary and other stuff is
conducted
