Nature of Job/Responsibilities
 Assist PM’s in identifying the resources required for the project and monitoring the
performance and progress of works.
 Conducting internal review meetings,
 Attending Technical and Client Progress Meetings.
 Coordinating for MEP works. Coordination drawing and builders work and RCP’s
with coordinated MEP services.
 Materials Submittals and Approvals.
 Correspondence with main contractors regarding daily site Activities and Progress.

 Liaise with consultant and statutory authorities for authority approvals
