Reporting to the Project manager & responsible for the HSE issues to all levels of organization as per the
requirements.
Duties:
To develop awareness among employees about the necessity of a safety programmed in their routine
activities, also to encourage them to take safety as a habit or part of life more than mandatory

2. To develop the company's documentations like MIS Plan, Road Safety Plan, Waste Management Plan,
Emergency Plan etc. pertaining to the client requirements
Prepare Daily / Weekly/ safety reports returns for submission to client
Ensure to conduct Safety Audits / Inspection on the Site, Camp & all other facilities
Prepare Accident / Incident reports to find out the causes and adopting proper preventive measures
To investigate all Accidents & Near misses for root causes & recommendations to prevent similarities
Prepare reports & follow up on recommendation
Report any lapses, near missies immediately and analyze different near miss occurrences and take
appropriate action to avoid the repetition of same / similar occurrence in the future
Prepare Activity Risk Assessment to all jobs before the start of any job with the Project Team
Ensure to conduct various trainings including Emergency Procedures, Construction Safety Training, Office
Training, Drivers Training etc
Ensure to prepare all reports based on Road Safety as per the client requirements & Coordinate for the Road
safety issues
Ensure to provide HSE Orientation for the new employees in co-ordination with Safety Department.
Ensure conducting Tool Box Meeting for Worker and supervisors
Ensure the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all employees at the required area and situations
Ensure all Work Permit conditions are fully adhered
Responsible for all HSE educational programs
Liaise with the client on all HSE activities
Make employees to think of various Hazardous / Unsafe conditions involved in various operations before
they are starting the work and hence to avoid unnecessary loss of man-hours & Property
Inspect equipment, machineries and tools to ensure its safest and proper use to avoid and bypassing of
safety device
