• Quality as a profession was looked more as process only person which
does not require deep technical knowledge or Domain.
• It was more like a tick in the checkbox
• If you are not a Developer, then become Tester and if you can’t
become a tester then become a Developer.
• It was looked as more of a relaxing career path

4. Bringing Unique Value from your role
• Look into your profession or role from your own eyes, not based on
how the world looks into that
• Believe
• Quality role is equivalent to any other role
• You are the most important person and your role is the most important in the
company
• Think high of yourself and think that if you don’t do your job properly the
performance of the company and team will get effected
• You are your Best and there is nobody like you. Trust your Gut. You are right
• Believe in yourself. It is not arrogance - it is confidence.
