Greetings, Patrick and all!
Work commitments may prevent EdFu Foundation / Conservancy Corps Executive Director Mr. Sheldon Williams, from
attending this morning's meeting.
However, I have attached the executed bi-lateral non-disclosure agreement and related documents that are
accompanying the written and executed Memorandum of Understanding that memorializes the verbal agreement that
Conservancy Corps 501c4 functions as Fiscal Administrator for PARXTC and its varied subsidiaries.
Mr. Reamus Muhammad, Los Angeles native, who completed his business management degree in Tokyo and PARXTX
Liaison may not be able to join us at 11:30 a.m., but whose insights and inputs will become invaluable.
Mr. Paul Ruffin, Executive Director of ECI Networks and CTO of Global Business Incubation (http://
GlobalBusinessIncubation.com) I / GBI Emerald Veterans (http://GBI-Emerald.vet) and GBI Systems (http://GBI.systems)
represents enterprises including an Internet Service Provider division whose global database network includes Kenya.
We believe that, though this initiative is being facilitated by Kyocera USA Western Region, pursuant to its Amoeba
Management System this collaborative can and must deliver local and global solutions that align with its Kyocera 2019
Integrated Report 60th Anniversary UNGC Commitment on Progress v20190106 (attached) with major implications for
its United Nations Global Compact Communication on Progress due January 6, 2021 as to Membership in Tokyo
International Conference of African Development (TICAD), which this collaborative headed by Terence could facilitate for
the collaborative benefit of all parties.
Terence,
As discussed with EdFu Foundation / Conservancy Corps Executive Director Sheldon Williams, we stand ready to
provide any Fiscal Administrative support services to your leadership in this matter.
I look forward to e-meeting everyone soon.
Andrew Williams, Jr.
