Racial justice in the United States is a significant part of this global movement
to achieve human rights for all and is required if we are to achieve the ambition
of the Sustainable Development Goals to “leave no one behind” here in the
United States and around the world by or before 2030. See:

According to a report compiled by a group of independent experts at UN
Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) and Howard University,
the USA is failing to deliver on its promise of racial equality. Evidence shows
that it is most often Black, Latinx and Indigenous communities that are left the
furthest behind.

Black, Latinx and Indigenous communities are also consistently the
communities with least access to years of life. Over the past year, the pandemic
has even wiped out two decades of progress made by Black, Latinx and
Indigenous Americans in narrowing a longevity gap with white Americans. See

Overcoming challenges to achieve the Decade of Action to Deliver the

looming hunger pandemic and climate chaos, can best be jumpstarted by
empowering multi-stakeholder interfaith, neighborhood and micro-business
collaboratives with major corporations and civil society through the UN Global

More than 65 years after the founding of
the first UNESCO Association in 1947 in Japan, some 4000 Clubs, Centres and
Associations for UNESCO operate in more than 100 countries. In the light of
civil society’s growing role in determining public policy, UNESCO’s Medium-

UNESCO can play in the sustainable development process, in cooperation with
other civil society partners.

Day 2 in the Era of the United Nations Permanent Forum on People of African
Descent FAU Memorandum 000001-8.3.21
01:11:35 Hershel Daniels:
Subject: Black Farmers
Background
African were brought to the english
colonies for the Agricultural Industry to thrive.
By 1789 all of states in the
Constitutional agreement of March 4th 1789 allawed slavery of these Africans
and denied in most citizenship.
The first international business of the USA
was Agriculture and it had the most intergrated national state of the art at that
time business practices in public private partnerships at all levels of
government.
After the civil war of 1861 to 1866 in north America the form of
national government state government relations changed and the quest of what
to do with the over 4m ex African slaves who for the most part lived in rural
agricultural dependent communities became a national question.
On July 28th
1868 when the aproxmate 4.7m African became US citizens through the 14th
Admendment they were given life in a Apartheid country till 1965 as their civil
rights were not enforced by the federal government.
According to Tifts
University study Black Farmers the

will get it done tomorrow a proposal to create an IT system based on the
creation of a patent pool to benefit all farmers. In this case a consortium of at
least two companies and patent holders who agree to cross-license patents
relating to create a provisional patent around Agriculture and payment systems
for food. In this case the creation of a patent pool can save patentees and
licensees time and money, and, in case of blocking patents, it may also be the
only reasonable method for making the invention available to the public.
01:31:37 Hershel Daniels:
Among the contributions to the patent pool is to be a global licensee based on
the Intellectual Property of Hershel Daniels, Junior through his 25% ownership
