Day 2 in the Era of the United Nations Permanent Forum on People of African

Subject: Black Farmers
Background
African were brought to the english
colonies for the Agricultural Industry to thrive.
By 1789 all of states in the
Constitutional agreement of March 4th 1789 allawed slavery of these Africans
and denied in most citizenship.
The first international business of the USA
was Agriculture and it had the most intergrated national state of the art at that
time business practices in public private partnerships at all levels of
government.
After the civil war of 1861 to 1866 in north America the form of
national government state government relations changed and the quest of what
to do with the over 4m ex African slaves who for the most part lived in rural
agricultural dependent communities became a national question.
On July 28th
1868 when the aproxmate 4.7m African became US citizens through the 14th
Admendment they were given life in a Apartheid country till 1965 as their civil
rights were not enforced by the federal government.

From July 28th 2021 forward as part of an effort to cover the history of
healthcare in the 400 year history of People of African Descent in the USA as a
UNESCO project. We will create a project to cover the history of health care for
black folk in America with a focus on the over 2M US Veterans and their
families of today.

We addressed this invitation to the ACLU with which we had worked with as a
member of USHRN on the george floyd murder and subsequent HRC action
with over 600 civil society partners and the Leadership Conference on Civil
and Human Rights which is a 501(c)(4) organization that engages in legislative
advocacy. It is a coalition of more than 200 national organizations that work to
promote and protect the civil and human rights of all persons in the United
States. It was founded in 1950 and has coordinated national lobbying efforts on
behalf of every major civil rights law since 1957. We met with them on the
second round of the United Nations Human Rights Council Universal Periodic
Review of the USA in 2015.

will get it done tomorrow a proposal to create an IT system based on the
creation of a patent pool to benefit all farmers. In this case a consortium of at
least two companies and patent holders who agree to cross-license patents
relating to create a provisional patent around Agriculture and payment systems
for food. In this case the creation of a patent pool can save patentees and
licensees time and money, and, in case of blocking patents, it may also be the
only reasonable method for making the invention available to the public.
Among the contributions to the patent pool is to be a global licensee based on
the Intellectual Property of Hershel Daniels, Junior through his 25% ownership
of McGraw Daniels LLC in the use of USPTO 5,577,042 in creating a dynamic
bandwidth smart and secure network with ecommerce.
The company will develop as a licensing vehicle for the framework for
Communication, Computing, Control, Command, Connectivity,
Countermeasures, with eCommerce solutions to the Indigenous Peoples
Alliance Cooperative of the USA as a global licese in the service from the USA
to over 4b people worldwide.
These C7 solutions will have access to global market Information and
Intelligence that has global Integration of the UN Sustainable Development
Goals that is branded Ultra Secure and Safe. C7ISR3 will have state of the art
biometric Recognition and artificial intelligence driven situational learning
systems Response technology built in with Real World simulation capacity.
C7ISR3 will be developed in Oklahoma and 9 other states and locations by the
FAU smartWISE Community Reinvestment Coalitions using the Veterans
Information Systems and Technology Architecture (Vist/A).
