1. Camerawork: Close up to show her looking up at the boy when they first meet. Also an over the shoulder shot
which shows her from his perspective and them looking at each other to connote the romance. Also the
composition of the shot where she is looking up at him to show her feelings towards him and that she thinks a
lot of him.
Editing: Shot reverse shot is being used in this shot when they are talking. Shows that they are having a
conversation and the romance between the characters is being shown. Also it’s fast paced editing as she walks
into him and the conversation is quite quick. Match on action shows the action in the scene and the scene being
when they first meet and the theme of romance.
Mise-En-Scene: The costume of the two characters is casual because of the location which is in a school. The
female character has tubes in her nose to signify her illness and this is typical for the trailer to introduce the

stereotype.
Camerawork: Wide shot to show the room with them being the only people in the room and their heads are placed
on the hot spot in the rule of thirds to make them seem more important and to show their romance.

location as the hotel room is romantic and passionate. Also it is typical to have a sex scene in this romantic film to
