Open rate of 2nd email is better than 1st email because of its subject line . Subject line of the email entice users to open the
email. I should have used personalizationas subject line in the first email.

I should optimize first email because open rate of first email is lower than second email. I should change the subject line of
first email to improve the open rate. Even the bounce rate of first email is higher than second email, the bounce rate of my first
email is 3.7% whereas bounce rate of second mail is 0.0% and also first email has less number of uniqueclicks than second
email so i think i should optimize first email.
