3. ABSTRACT
The aim of project is operate load contentiously in a day
without interruption using solar and electrical energy by
priority.
Energy is the basic necessity for the economic development
of a country. Many functions necessary to present-day living
grind to halt when the supply of energy stops.
Solar energy is an important part of life and has been since
the beginning of time. Increasingly, man is learning how to
harness this important resource and use it to replace traditional
energy sources.
5. HOW THIS WORKS
Complete utilization of renewable energy sources as we give
our first preference to solar energy.
We interconnect a solar panel, rechargeable battery and
ac mains supply through relays inorder to assure a continuous
power supply.
According with the availability of supply the tripping
circuits will operate.
The solar panel is used to charge the battery and also supply
power to loads in the absence of light we can use the battery
power or ac mains supply.
6. ADVANTAGES
• Areas where continuous power supply is required this
project comes handy.
• Very economical as the mains supply usage is enormously
decreased.
• Manual efforts and mistakes is decreased since we are
using tripping circuits.
7. APPLICATIONS
• Hospitals
• Large scale industries
• Domestic sector
As new solar power plants are erecting in future this project will
give the best economical solution for power usage.
