Takes care of the tree, helping participants with their leaves

Provides participants with leaves and pencils to express wishes

Gives sweets to every participant

7. Words Keeper
Writes down the participants’ names and their words

Book
For the Words Keeper to write down
participants’ names and words

Keeps donated books

10. Wrapper
Wraps donated books

12. Supervisor
Checks there is enough material
