● Problem statement: Student should have affordable
ways to learn job skills.. to get job asap
● Selected Idea: Special training & material by
students who cleared interview to student waiting
for job
Prototype & testing
● Employee(Student who got job): Helped with study
material & skill gap
● Student seeking for Job can decide on common
place to plan training session
● Weekly training session can be planned and
student's question can be answered by employee
● Common Interview questions and answers are
gathered & xeroxed and distributed to students
● After preparation students can appers to company
interview and get offer.
Feedback
● What Worked: Students are very happy with insight
given with respect to job
● What could be improved: Need more time and effort
from Employee (Students who got job) as they are
very busy with Job and life

of Interview and employ
Prototype & testing
● Company to directly go to College and hire in bulk
● Company to train for 3 months as per skill gap
● Student to learn essencial job skills through on Job
trainee
● After succesful training students become employee
of Company
Feedback
● What Worked: Students are very happy with insight
given with respect to job
● What can be improved: Due to high no of students
company often under utilize students and some
students get frustrated with less work.
● Question: After learning essencial skills no of
students search new job with hire salary

Prototype & testing ● Employee(Student who got job): Helped with study material & skill gap ● Student seeking for Job can decide on common place to plan training session ● Weekly training session can be planned and student's question can be answered by employee ● Common Interview questions and answers are gathered & xeroxed and distributed to students ● After preparation students can appers to company interview and get offer.

  • 5. Feedback ● What Worked: Students are very happy with insight given with respect to job ● What could be improved: Need more time and effort from Employee (Students who got job) as they are very busy with Job and life
