Purchase module streamlines procurement of rough diamonds. It automates the process
of pre-shipment, Identifying potential suppliers, negotiating price and also the billing
process. Pre shipment allow to enter expected rough diamonds entry at time of purchase
and send intimations to concern department for better planning, for Pre-Shipment
entry we allow user to enter using web or mobile module.
Assortment process help to assort and loting of received rough diamonds and
based on that categorized for further process, Assortment process help to better
categorized received parcel of rough and pricing.
5. • Cleaving / Planning
Cleaving is most important process in diamond manufacturing process, for track and
better output from rough diamonds. We understand cleaving department issue/return
process between Department and Employees.
Admin define following RULE to better help and track for management.
Rough/Lot estimation amongst multiple managers
Control diamond movement flow
Compare plan between two employees
Define lot/rough estimate complete date
Define Employee Category (For E.g. A-Excellent , B-Very Good , C-Good , D-Trainee)
Assign Diamond packet to above or defined employee category

Manufacturing department is for cutting and polishing of diamonds and follow plan made
by Cleaving process, except issue return.

Pushup production as per sales department current demand
Define maximum process wise loss (in %)
Put plan change request by worker for better plan if they feel during mfg process
Better plan suggestion system from past data

After Manufacturing of diamonds, polish department check quality of finalized product
and issue to respective department if required.
Send and Track diamonds in GIA and other LAB for certification, Upload and compare
grading results of labs, check grader and planner performance with lad grading result.
