Contracts Compliance Officer
Conducted contracts compliance evaluations and compliance testing of federal contractors and subcontractors to ensure compliance with Federal
Statutes, policies and procedures including compliance review of collective bargaining agreements, adherence to established policies and procedures,
the hiring process, recruiting for job vacancies, interviewing and hiring, long range vacancy planning, recruitment strategies, resolution of personnel
issues, grievances, disciplinary and other personnel matters, succession planning, employee compensation and benefits. In addition to compliance
